Expected it to be cold.......how wrong we were ! Lovely weather , people, food - thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Stayed at Delfino hotel & caught the bus that stopped outside the hotel to the .island.
Worth purchasing a 24 hr ticket for the water bus ( also covers bus service).
November was a great time to visit , no crowds or heat.

Great for families. Our guide Ricardo is very friendly and made an effort to talk to every person. The tour itself to the gondola boat is very short, so don't expect much from that. There wasn't much mention for the virtual experience so we forgot we had that included until we saw Ricardo randomly on the street and he reminded us about it. We also sadly did not use the other offerings as we were on a tight schedule but if you are planning to visit the offered places, this may be worth your money.

Giuliano was an amazing tour guide! As a native Venetian, he knew all of the spots of the beaten path! We learned so much about the history of Venice and had time for a coffee stop/bathroom break during the first half of the tour. Then, we had a 30 min or so gondola ride and lunch/shopping break, followed by a guided tour through the oldest church in Venice, adorned with golden mosaics, followed by the fascinating Doges palace! We left with such an appreciation for the culture and history of Venice!!

Burano and Murano. Our guide, Elly, was excellent! The boat had 20 people. On the way She told us all about the place we were headed to. Highly recommend her.

Guide was excellent - small group management plus interesting information to share throughout. Weather was great and crowds were non-existent - perfect timing in early Nov

It’s a bit frustrating because they essentially trap you in the store, which is part of the selling tactic in Murano. As a result, you don’t really get a chance to explore the town. On the other islands, it’s also difficult to explore due to time constraints. It would probably be better to visit on your own schedule. Additionally, they don’t provide much explanation; you only get information while you’re on the boat, and the sound quality is quite poor.

Lovely views. Our guide Valerio was a very friendly and helpful resource. 5/5 for him. My only feedback is that it would be nice if the time on the gondola were a bit longer and more on the Grand Canal.

This tour was the highlight of the vacation. We had an amazing guide, Anita, that took us to places we would have never thought. The food is great, Aperol spritz is awesome and Venice is beautiful! Thank you again Anita!

What a wonderful day trip from Venice. Met Stefania and her husband at 8am. Comfortable Mercedes van with 7 other passengers in ours expertly driven on the winding roads by Stefania. Incredible guide with amazing information. Visited Cortina, Lago Di Braies, Tre Cime, Lake Misurina all in one day. This day trip was an absolute highlight on our one month trip to Europe. Worth every cent. If you only have a short time highly recommend this tour. Next time we will go for a week. Simply stunning region.

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and kept the tour pace reasonable. The Jewish ghetto narrative was very informative.

This was, as the description stated, a double tour. First, it’s a long day. Starts early and ends late so be prepared. With that said, a lot of things are covered. For us, first half started in the Palace, on to the Basilica, and ends with a Gondola ride. Guide was very knowledgeable, loved art and the Basilica. She provided a wealth of information. One big disappointment was the Gondola ride, as the Gondolas used have two seats then they put stools in for two more seats. One couple is comfortable and the other is VERY Uncomfortable SO I was VERY disappointed (actually it was painful). The second half of the day on Murano and Burano was interesting and certainly worth seeing. The glass making/blowing and lace making were both interesting. The boat used was very comfortable. Overall, well worth it if your time in Venice is limited and you want to the highlights in a day.
