We were picked up in Treviso and we were kept informed about traffic delays from Venice. The whole day was great - very chilled and at the pace of the group (max 8), if we wanted to linger somewhere we lingered! The tour gave an opportunity to see the beautiful countryside as well as to learn a lot from the informative and very friendly guides. The Prosecco tasting at a producer felt very personal and most definitely not hard-sell with a lovely sommelier. There is food with the tasting and then a lovely lunch at an excellent place full of locals. We felt the cost of the tour represented real value for money for a full and most enjoyable day. Thank you Giacomo and Giulia! The views in the hills were spectacular, the food was delicious, and we learned so much about the region and Italian wine making. Our guide, Julia was friendly and entertaining and provided wonderful commentary and company throughout the tour. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to questions as she led us throughout the city to so many interesting sights.

- Melia T1 contributionMaria Antonietta was such an incredible host and teacher! We were thrilled to have booked an experience with her while staying in Treviso, but she exceeded all expectations! Maria is a warm and gracious host; her home is lovely with a stunning garden where she had a beautiful table set. We started with some prosecco in the garden to get to know each other and then moved inside where we worked on a menu of puff pastry appetizers (she handmade the pastry before we arrived - it was absolutely delicious!) as well as ravioli and traditional tiramisu! Maria made the whole experience so easy and fun and when it came time to eat, we were joined by her husband and he shared some really special wine from his collection with us and they spent what felt like the whole afternoon chatting with us, making us feel so very welcome. We were very excited to visit Treviso and we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Maria and her husband as they are both born and raised in Treviso! They were so knowledgeable and helped us with wonderful recommendations for dinner that night too! Maria even packed us food to take with us when we left and we promised we would be back to see them again, and we truly can't wait for that day! - Susan DEstepona, Spain26 contributionsWe arranged a prívate return transfer from treviso Airport to Venice Cruise terminal through Gettransfer. It was the most económic of all prívate taxis, with a Mercedes Benz, a fantastic chófer, so friendly and helpful in explaining all we needed to know to get about Venice and the BEST way to arrange our tours especially to the islands. Wonderful. - Woolworths1 contributionMade a booking for a 10am class for a Sunday morning. It was confirmed and the money was deducted from my credit card immediately. Spent time organizing so it would fit into my schedule. Received a text from the lady running the class asking me to move the class back 4 days, as she was still on vacation in Sardinia for 3more days. Told it was not possible, so she told me to apply for a refund. Did so, and was refunded some 5 days later.
