Communication was great so we knew that he had arrived and where to meet. A car seat was provided for our 18 month old son and Domenico made sure he was safe and comfortable. He was so kind and pleasant to be with for the hour from our hotel in Rome to the cruise port. I was sent a text 15 minutes before the car showed up and the driver came into my hotel and asked for me by name.
This went really smooth and I enjoyed learning more about Italy and upcoming events during the ride to the airport.

Go to their website, book your tickets, get a qr code which Is scanned when boarding the bus, and away you go. I would suggest that you do not book a time that is close to your flight time as Rome traffic etc. can mean delays. The coach was comfortable and the price compared favourably with other shuttles. The route takes you through residential areas you wouldn't normally see as a tourist. The stop is on the side of the termini by platform 1 at the main entrance end. The drivers could not be more professional, informative and happy to assist in anyway they could. The cars are clean and well maintained. We are so glad we did and will continue to use them the next time we are in Rome. We set up our reservation months in advance and all email correspondence was always answered immediately. The drivers were on time, courteous and professional.
