Loved this. All we got was fast track admission tickets and an audio guide in the form of a headset that you walked around with that gave you more than enough information. We really enjoyed it, didn't need a personal tour guide.
The audio guide is thorough, though at times we struggled to find the particular part of the building or item of art that was being discussed as the order of the tour does not correspond to the building so you'd hear about one thing then the next item would be right across the other side rather than the next item in the building so you were back and forth and occasionally I struggled to find what they were talking about. This could definitely use some improvement to put the tour in order so you walked around in order from one item to the next one. Other than that, this would have been a 5 star review.
Definitely go early in the day. When we went in there were no queues but by the time we came out the queues were quite large. Definitely worth getting the 'skip the line' tickets.
Be aware you need I.D to take the audio headset which they keep until you hand it back. They only required one of us to provide I.D for both my wife and I. I used my UK driving license.
