    Respite from the heat
    We went to this pool twice during our holiday. We were surprised at how cheap it was to go in (€3,60) and how clean the facilities were. It gets very busy on the weekend, so would recommend getting their early. There are no chairs to sit on but there is faux grass which is comfortable to lay on. The pool is very cold but that was beaut in the scorching sun. The only issue is that you aren’t allowed to eat on the pavement or grass, instead have to go to a picnic area which is quite muddy. You are allowed to leave and return however to go get lunch elsewhere.

    One of the most fun things you can do with your clothes on
    Jenn’s dance classes really are for everybody- all ages and abilities- and are terrific fun.
    You get a great workout (including proper stretches and cardio) without really noticing and learn fun choreographies to all kinds of pop music.
    Jenn is friendly, approachable and a fantastic teacher. She makes sure everyone can follow, from novices to advanced students, in a fun inclusive atmosphere.
    You can also request any kind of choreography you like and also private lessons for things like your wedding dance. Jenn did ours and it was fab. She was patient and brilliant.
    Cannot recommend highly enough.

    Relaxing massage in Madrid
    I found this place on the Internet and I have to say I really loved it.
    I had a aromatherapy massage, the room was relaxing and the therapist very good!
    I suggest it!

    Challenging, fun, vinyasa flow in friendly studio
    Am visiting Madrid for a month and loving the classes and the studio - friendly, welcoming space - classes are challenging and fun - both Ainara and Federica are excellent instructors - their “sequencia Numen” on Saturdays is worth checking out - free lockers, lock and mat - all around great experience - highly recommend - good way to learn parts of the body In Spanish:)

    My son bought top-class football boots, Adidas F50 FG Elite. After just a month, the sole started coming off to the point where they couldn't be used for training anymore.

    I submitted a complaint, but it was flatly rejected because, according to them, the boots were used on a surface not intended for that purpose, i.e., artificial grass.

    Even if they were used on concrete, it is unacceptable for football boots that cost €270 to start coming apart after just a few training sessions.
