Renfe IT infrastructure is a disaster. First of all I spent almost 2 hours to simply book my tickets on their website. Wifi in trains doesn't exist: you need to get sms to use it but neither me nor my family never received any sms. You even can't submit a feedback on the website: after spending 10 minutes to fill endless form with each and every detail (number of document, number of train, number of ticket, date, time, etc) I received an error message like "We can't help you right now please try again later". It's a pity to understand how inefficient they spend their IT budget

Travelled Granada to Cordoba. Pleasant station café. Make sure you leave at least 30 minutes to clear unexpected security where everyone has to put there bags through scanner and then queue again for single person to check tickets. No prior warning that this happens.
Surprising that there were no refreshments on board given that train continued onto Seville. Train ok but the whole experience not great. Probably use the bus next time.

W went to Torrejon de Ardoz with the family. We are not used to riding Cercañias so we asked their staff there for help. I paid Ida y vuelta for myself more than 5€ plus. When we returned from Centro(Sol) they said in Torrejón that I didn't have paid, so it is necessary to buy a return ticket. And when we arrived at the Center, the ticket I bought didn't work. And we complained and we got out of there. But it was a hassle and big waste of time. Please improve your company

The most uncomfortable seats in the history of high speed train travelling. Hard as sitting on a plank of wood. Unforgiving! Please don't let Talgo make any more trains!
