Loleo was very engaging, was full of interesting information and she never let our wine glasses go empty. We were full in the end with all the tasty and wonderful food. Coffee and chocolate were served as a secret surprise at the end and of course we ended up with the recipes. - Ingrid J3 contributionsLola is lovely and her course was fantastic. Not only did I learn how to create 3 great dishes but I learnt a whole lot of local ways and traditions in the meals we prepared. I always love those attached stories and as such toast with olive oil and grated tomatoes has become on of my favourite things and I think of Lola every time I have that to eat!
Lola is so fabulous that when I said I’d love ve to come back when next in Madrid, she said she’d do a different menu.
Thanks Lola….I just need copies of the recipes which I’ve misplaced.
