The bar serves oversized drinks, such as gin and vodka, which draws a crowd.
The sound system needs to be replaced. The speakers have no clarity, and are too loud.
In busier times, they charge a cover. Ask at the door about that before standing in line for 30 minutes. - Reynolds WLondon, UK6 contributionsA nice gay sauna near the Lavapiés metro station (when you get out of the metro station, just walk up Calle Zurita and you’ll find it, and it’s also near the Anton Martin station). It’s a large sauna for Europe, the staff are friendly and keep the facilities clean. It has a jacuzzi, showers and plenty of rooms. Reasonably priced as well (I paid $14 on a Wednesday). Greeted by an awful dj who played the most ungay music. Who also should have retired 30 years ago. The only ones appearing to enjoy themselves was the Spanish singing along to traditional Spanish music. This is ok if you live in the Provences but this is international Madrid . - Robert B1 contributionWent to ethos bar a few years ago. It was friendly and welcoming. Went back tonight. Batsman barely acknowledged our existence. It was happy hour but was charged full price but locals just behind us were given 2 for 1 drinks. Obviously do not want non locals at the bar.
