Completed in the early part of the last century, it is not as flamboyant as those by some of his contemporary architects, notably Gaudi.
It has a most pleasing façade with a full width balcony at first and final floor, the latter in ornate stone. At intermediate floors each window has an individual balcony in stone base and decorative metal surround.
