We went on the Paella Cooking class last week. Javi is a great host and guide. We had a tour of the Mercado de Atarazanas and Javi explained the local specialities and tips where to eat during the rest of our stay. We then went to the kitchens and prepared our meal and drinks :). It is a friendly and informal experience and you feel that you are spending some time with friends, but also enjoing an experience and learning a new skill. Javi was joined by Belen in the kitchen and they both explained the reciepe and process in detail. We're not great cooks but the meal tasted delicious. One of the best activities we have done on a holiday and highly recommended.
