What travellers are saying
- foodlovertravelUnited Kingdom52 contributionsAttending ITB Berlin at Messe Berlin in March was an exciting experience, as the exhibition is massive, showcasing global travel and tourism industries. The scale of the event is impressive, with countless exhibitors and opportunities for networking.
However, there were a few downsides:
Parking is inconvenient – After parking, you have to walk a long distance outside to reach the venue.
Heavy traffic – Expect severe congestion every morning and after the event ends.
Food options inside are underwhelming, so it's best to eat before arriving or plan for nearby restaurants.
Despite these challenges, the event itself is well worth visiting for industry professionals. Be prepared for long walks, traffic delays, and bring snacks!Written 15 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A very special place with three different action levels and excellent light and sound facilities.

- HeddiLEstonia121 contributionsKino Kosmos was formerly the largest cinema of the GDR. It was still used as a cinema until 1989. Now it serves as a conference centre.Written 3 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ClogsPoland3,025 contributionsThe building design, with its funnel like entrance area, intimates invitation, gives an airy and open feeling. Cubist impression, white stone and glass. Nice object to look at.Written 8 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Berta HeideBerlin, Germany42 contributionsAs I am - for my travel guides BertaBerlin - always looking for the hidden gems in Berlin, I visited this place.
The experience of allowing oneself to be completely immersed in the present moment, in a positive feedback loop of clarity and contentment. Things seem more effortless and pleasant, that's what Scott, the co-founder of the "Baumhaus Projekt" offers in his workshop "FLOW" which is always held on the last Wednesday of the month. He shows simple and effective methods which they have used over the last three years at the "Improvisational Groove Orchestra I.G.O." (free improv singing every Thursday in the treehouse). Within 20 minutes you can learn how to use a common soundram and create resonance in the form of improvised music. Here you can experience real ‘flow’ moments. Participation is easy, musical talent is not necessary - everyone is welcome! Important - if you've never sang in a tree house before, please come in time for the introduction and warm up!Written 30 December 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. From classical to Jazz, various concerts take place and a moody but modern gallery is there. The bunker which used to use as a schelter, now it has a astonish atmosphere!Written 22 July 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - valmainwoodColchester, UK4 contributionsIf you want to see what Berlin is so good at - experimental culture in unusual places - this charming scruffy place is ideal. You will meet like minded people who will greet you like friends. Prices are low, and by attending, you will help struggling artists continue their work. These places are becoming harder to find, now that gentrification is happening. Sit at the bar with a beer and marvel that this sort of place still exists!Written 22 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
