I'd suggest that most tourists come here to view the burial place of Princess Grace and Prince Rainier, as both, along with former members of the Royal family, are entombed in the crypt below the Cathedral.

I found Eileen Gray’s villa fantastic – she had thought about every little detail in the entire house, the house is very beautiful in and out – and the views from the house are amazing.
The tour is a short walk from the railway station (where you can park your car if you come soon enough) to the site which includes Eileen Gray villa and Le Corbusier wooden house.
