- Alex SLondon, UK48 contributionsWorth the walk up to the old part of Cannes for the views across the bay- it only took about 10 mins from the old port. The streets are beautiful and the Cannes sign sits at the top. Worth taking a bit of time wandering back down through the streets.Written 1 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Highly recommended if in the area.
Wonderful historical Fort / Museum followed by hike/walk around the island enjoying nature, the coast and a dip in the ocean.
A wonderful day for anyone from solo travels to families with children.

- traveller28London, UK1,398 contributionsA long street full of high brand shops with plenty of opportunities to shop. One side of this road you have the beach and the other side you have more local restaurants and cafes so a perfect location for a stroll.Written 14 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MrMrsHappyRLiverpool, UK1,471 contributionsReally nice narrow street with lots of little shops and cafes. Although we came in the morning, it would be nice and atmospheric of an evening. There are lots of food shops which do samples to tryWritten 21 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MrMrsHappyRLiverpool, UK1,471 contributionsFantastic painted mural near Cannes harbour that celebrates 100 years of movies. It's good fun trying to guess the various stars. Take a photo and there are new bits you'll spot afterwards e.g. Tarzan, Jane, Cheetah on the roofWritten 21 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TubaKoseogluOkcuIstanbul, Türkiye6,863 contributionsThis is an old beautiful church dating back to 16th century. Its construction took almost a century and it has been renovated couple of times throughout the history. So the church incorporates both gothic and renaissance style details. Some of the sculptures inside are pretty rare in their category. If you are interested in churches, you should definitely visit this one once in Cannes.Written 2 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Scott GWashington DC, DC449 contributionsThis is a must-see attraction in Cannes. We did not go inside, however, it is free to take pictures outside and to visit the gift shop. - Alien W900 contributionsThis is definitely the must-see. Climbing up to the top of the tower can see the view of the whole city, very worth the effort.Written 20 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SandraJWhitchurch, UK85 contributionsA peaceful island owned by Cistercian Monks. There are very clear paths to walk along which take you around and through the vineyards grown by the monks for olive oil and wine. The Monastery was undergoing refurbishment when we visited and you can't go in the Abbey until after 3.30pm. There is a good-sized restaurant and a place to buy snacks and soft drinks but the toilets are very French (primitive - hole in the ground!) The boat journey was smooth and takes 30 minutes each way.Written 17 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
