To begin with the back end staff, they were very cooperative and ensured my queries were promptly answered. Mr. Sameer is a genuine person and ensures to give you a realistic idea of the trip. No fake promises. No unnecessary vouches. All the arrangements with regards to accommodation, food, site seeing was top notch. Accommodations in particular was absolutely fantastic. As they promised, Indian food at Indian restaurants was relishing at most of the places. The trip leaders from the local countries - Miss. April and Mr. Laxman were the best. They helped us with every minutest thing including suggestions on our shopping spree. I had a wonderful time with the newly made friends on the trip. - Lucilie1 contributionThey did not send me electronic tickets even I have payed a lots of money for it to them, they just took my money from credit card, but did not send e-tickets, I sent them the complain but they refused it , they claims that they have sent it to my email, but did not receive it. - Jen K3 contributionsThis company is horrible. We booked for a Friday night trip. We paid extra for a « better pick up spot » and for the rose. They never showed up. No call, no email. I had to hunt down the owner who claimed it was the next night even though I had multiple confirmations of it being Friday. He offered an extra half hour on a rebooking and to pay my Uber. We rebooked for Tuesday evening. When the boat showed up it was a totally basic white motorboat…not the beautiful wood one featured on their social media and on their website. When I called the owner he said « you never asked about the boat ». I said there was only one boat pictured on their website and socials…and I booked online and never spoke to anyone. Then he started to yell at me saying I was the worst customer in the world because I had been upset when I saw the boat. Unreal. In the end the driver was nice and we went out on the basic boat to make the best of it…but I never would have spent 500+ Euros knowing I wasn’t getting the wood boat. It was a total bait and switch.
