The whole trip to Paris Disney was great. But as stated in my previous review the park needs to sort its pricing out urgently. To re cap- inside the theme park a hot dog is ten euros. Chips are six euros and a soft drink is 4 euros. We had ten family members. That’s a lot of money for a light lunch. They are a multi million pound industry and families pay a lot of money to visit. Let’s have some more affordable food and drinks please

Easy to find the stop at Charles de Gaulle. Was able to pay on the bus with a credit card. Traffic into the city was very congested so the trip took a little over 2 hours.

Rather than take a pricey taxi ride to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, we booked a shared Paris Shuttle via Viator based on the good reviews we read. Cost was reasonable.

Booking was easy online. You just give the date you need the shuttle, input your flight and time and credit card info, and you're booked. You do need to be ready 4 hours before your flight time. That seems really early, but they build in extra time in case of traffic. In the end, we were thankful we had extra time at the airport because we ran into long snafus at check-in.

We were the first to be picked up, and the driver showed up a couple minutes early (it was 6 am). Despite what I read on other reviews, our driver did not not know much English so he was not communicative or friendly. We picked up two more passengers and then picked up the last passenger. She unfortunately was late, so we sat waiting in the van for several minutes for her.

Then, a couple minutes into the ride, she apologizes and says she forgot her phone at the hotel. So we had to circle back for her phone. This delayed our departure by 15-20 minutes, but that's one of the reasons they build in 4 hours for the transport.

All in all, the shuttle is a good alternative to taxis. A week earlier, we had taken a taxi from the Gare du Nord train station to our lodging. Later, we realized that the cabbie took unnecessary detours and drove past our destination so that he could run up the meter. If we visit Paris in the future, we would either do the Paris Shuttle again or Uber to/from the airport. Won't be taking any more taxis there.

    Poor customer service.

My Dad doesn't use internet so he didn't have a QR code.

He had the booking #, seat# and I.D., but the driver was late and had a big line. He looked through the list and didn't see his name and rushed it.

I had to pay twice and there was no issue with the second driver.

I requested a refund multiple times showing the two payments to the destination on the same day because of the situation.

There was no luck on getting a future credit or refund.

So I decided to share this story.

Sometimes Flix is the only option in some areas so they can still get away with this type of poor service.

I recently traveled from Vienna to Munich with BlaBlaBus, and it was, without a doubt, the WORST travel experience I've ever had. I don't normally write reviews, but this experience was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others.

First, the bus arrived 90 minutes late for the pickup in Vienna after starting from Budapest. No explanation, no apologies, and absolutely no effort to make up for the delay. When we finally boarded, we were met with drivers who spoke only one language – which I believe was Hungarian – and they were not only rude but also borderline racist.

We were all given seat numbers, but no one followed them. When new passengers boarded and asked about their seats, the drivers literally dismissed them and told them to find seats on their own. There was no organization, no assistance, just chaos.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the air conditioning didn’t work for most of the journey. People from the back had to come forward multiple times to ask for the AC to be turned on. The onboard toilet was another nightmare – it was overflowing, filthy, and unusable. There was urine on the floor, and the toilet seat was disgusting. My wife had to endure this horror, and it’s completely unacceptable.

To top it all off, the bus arrived nearly 2 hours late in Munich. Instead of taking us directly to the bus stop, the drivers took a detour, de-boarded the bus, and new drivers got on to continue the journey. This added unnecessary time and frustration to an already miserable trip.

I don’t expect much from European customer service, but this was beyond the pale. All four of the drivers were at least 60-65 years old, and frankly, their behavior was reflective of outdated attitudes that have no place in today's world. If BlaBlaBus expects to compete in the modern market, they need to retrain their staff and start treating their customers with basic respect and decency.

Lastly, as per EU law, if a bus is late, compensation should be offered. But of course, nothing of the sort was mentioned.

Avoid BlaBlaBus at all costs – you’re better off walking to your destination than subjecting yourself to this kind of treatment!

Booked bus for a return trip to Beauvais Airport. Journey into Paris was lovely. However, journey back to Beauvais for 6pm flight on Friday 29th March was disastrous. Left with loads of time to spare but for some reason driver decided to go by Charles DeGaulle airport adding approximately 20km on to the journey. We were still over an hour away at this point. He would not diverge from his route even though there were quicker options. Journey took twice as long as it should have meaning we missed our flight as check in had closed by the time we got to airport. No more flights to Dublin that night so had to rebook tickets for following Morning which meant extra expenses. Would advise people fly direct to Charles DeGaulle or find an alternative route into Paris. Avoid at all cost.
