Clear and simple instructions to meet their drivers, reminder emails a day or 2 before....this is absolutely next level service. All drivers helped with luggage and were polite and courteous. We could not have had a better experience for a family of 4 with a lot of luggage trying to get from airport to hotels and back. Drivers were courteous, informative about the area and always on time. In Champagne country we had the same driver Habib for 6 trips. He was wonderful. One day he had croissants for an early morning pickup. Another day we were early getting out of dinner by an hour. I called him and he picked us up immediately. Honestly, one of the only car services that has installed the car seat ready and waiting for us. The driver was friendly, communicative and prompt. We usedTPT from CDG to central Paris and for our trip to Disney, amazing service! Even dug us out of a hole when the trains were cancelled, they were with us within 10 mins and with a car seat for our grandson. - Cheryl N2 contributionsAmazing service, extremely reliable! Service was top class from when we were met at the airport, took straight to our car with the kids while the driver pushed our luggage. So smooth and took the stress out of the journey with 2 kids aged 7 and 1, the watched a movie on the journey and dropped off straight at our hotel. Picked up at exact time we requested and dropped straight off at our departure terminal to fly home. I was in Paris in October 2024 with a group of 42 people. Being such a large group, we needed several mini-vans or a bus. I did a lot of searching until I found them. They offered me the correct and decent price (unlike other companies I talked to).
They were at the appointed place and helped us with directions.

To re cap- inside the theme park a hot dog is ten euros. Chips are six euros and a soft drink is 4 euros. We had ten family members. That’s a lot of money for a light lunch. They are a multi million pound industry and families pay a lot of money to visit.
