Our guide Adele was great. Very informative. Even though the butcher and cheese store was closed (due to it being a Monday), the meats and cheese were already purchased. Nice little space at the end for tasting all that was purchased along with both red and white wine. Nice small group.

Wonderful experience and James was a fantastic host. Main critique is that we were a bit rushed through Blois and didn't get enough time there Also, Chenonceau would have been nice to have had more time. Having said that, I think you'd have to cut that last cstle off the schedule, it's farther too and had time to get back, and add an hour to Chateau Chambord & the town of Blois and you'd still get back earlier. It was a 13 plus hour day and by the time I got back I was so exhausted and then you have to find your way back to your hotel so although it was good I would cut that last Castle off or cut the first castle off - one. Some of my friends that I made said cut out the town and include lunch at one of the castles. Either way you need more time.

Would recommend. But I wouldn't do it again because it's just too long after a long haul flight, but that could just be me!

We had the most wonderful day exploring the Champagne region, we had a very comfortable trip in the van, plenty of time at the wineries for tasting and chatting with the wine makers as well as a good amount of free time in Epernay, where we didn't feel rushed to have lunch and see eveyrthing

Let me start off by saying that this tour is not for those who have mobility issues. There is a tremendous amount of walking, which I appreciate, and hills and stairs. If you have any mobility issues, I would strongly suggest choosing a different tour.

Julie, our tour guide was simply amazing! We had a small group of five, which was perfect for the tour as Julie was able to communicate with most us all very well and provide the needed explanation and history of the area. Unbeknownst to us we didn’t realize how rich in history this area was.

From the artist to the culinary geniuses, it is simply an amazing area. I would strongly suggest you place this on your things to do. Even with the inclement weather we had an amazing time. Julie is to be commended for her patience and her attention to detail as she truly made this experience amazing. I also have to give a shout out to one other individual who was not an official part of the tour, but took on a tremendous responsibility. She took on the responsibility of translating in Spanish for a woman who accidentally booked this tour, thinking that it was Spanish speaking. She was patient, conscientious, and Absolutely giving of her time. I forgot your name, but if you read this review, thank you very much and a shout out to Texas!!

Learnt so many things about wine. The regions, the production the culture, how to taste, how to pair. Gave me a new love for wine an appreciation for the product and what it mean to the French.

We were looking for something different in the way of a short river view of Paris and this definitely met the mark. This is a small group that is separated upfront from the rest of the relatively small river cruiser so seating and viewing is not an issue. The boarding is a bit disorganized but if you stick with the sommelier who is at the dock by the "O Chateau" sign it all works out. Our sommelier was particularly delightful - knowledgeable (about both the champagne and the city) and funny. The champagne was nothing special, but the interaction with the sommelier more than made up for it. We went well past Notre Dame which was great, but did not go as far down the river on return as to go past the small replica of the Statue of Liberty if that is something one wants to see. All in all, a nice way to get a sense of the city.

This tour is the crème de la crème of Champagne tours! Everything was perfect from our early morning pick-up just around the corner from our apartment near Pont Neuf to drop-off that night. Many visitors to Paris don't realise that Reims, the capital of the Champagne region, is just 90 miles or 140 km (45 minutes by fast train or two hours by car) north-east away. Our day trip began with a 'moveable feast' - a typical French breakfast of the most deliciously fresh patisserie I've ever eaten. Before we knew it, the cityscape had been replaced by vineyards as far as we could see. We stopped at a four-ways deep among the vines and signposted by famous Champagne houses, including Bollinger and Moet & Chandon, where our guide Trong Nguyen (an amazingly knowledgeable former banker who is also a wine producer) shared insights to the local industry. From there we visited a boutique Champagne house where we tasted several internationally recognised award-winning wines before experiencing a behind the scenes tour not usually available to visitors. After an exquisite three-course lunch at a fabulous restaurant, we walked the heart of the city and visited Reims Cathedral, yet another highlight. Then it was off to Pommery, a 50-hectare estate with 18km of cellars, home since 1837 to not just this prestigious wine but an amazing collection of contemporary artworks. Having visited vineyards and wineries throughout Australia and Europe, my husband and I can't recommend this day tour from Paris too highly - it was the best! Thank you, Trong, whose commitment to the Champagne industry and customer service is exceptional.

Wow! What a great experience! Location is amazing and Theo is so knowledgeable and charmingly sweet. He taught us about history and the process of making wine and we had such an enjoyable time. The location in the tunnels underground are incredible. I could have stayed there all afternoon. I would definitely go back. Great for anyone with even the tiniest shred of interest in wine. You can't help but fall in love with wine in this gorgeous location. We loved all three that we got to try. Definitely add this to your plans. Can't be missed!

Our guide Valerie was organized and effective with time management. It is not easy to squeeze in all the itinerary in one day. I appreciated Valerie for reaching out to me via WhatsApp the evening before our trip. I felt reassured about the hotel pickup. I also appreciated Valerie for providing a quick historical background on Loire when we were travelling in the car. It gives us more perspective on the chateaux.

We also appreciated our driver who was very professional. We felt safe during the long journey.

Fabulous food tour with Antoine (Anthony) today. He has excellent knowledge and the food was of very high quality. Although it was a cold gloomy day in Paris, we hardly noticed with the wonderful tour.

My husband and I took a wonderful tour with Laure today. She was professional and very knowledgeable about not only the food we were sampling, but the history and culture of Saint-Germaine. Ate good food and learned a lot along the way. Would highly recommend a tour with her and the Paris a Dream company.
