What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. This class was fun, informative, interesting and I would definitely take this class or his other classes again! Chef Leo is knowledgable, kind, and patient.

This tour was amazing! Our guide Mourad was so fun and knowledgeable. We did the baking class with our 4 daughters ages 9 to 16 and they all enjoyed it. I would recommend this experience to anyone!

We really enjoyed our class! It isn’t too long that you get bored but it’s enough time to get all the information you need and it’s fun to take some macarons home to eat!

My friends and I had a great time learning to make macarons together. The class was in English and Paul is an excellent instructor. We recorded recipes / instruction for four different types of filling - vanilla, lemon, chocolate and pistachio. My group focused on making the vanilla filling during the class and then we all shared the filling. It was a great way to experience something new and memorable while on holiday.

We went to le Foodist for a team buidling activity. The chef, who is a wondefull story teller by the way, left such an impression with his sense of humour by implicating each and everyone and made it an unforgettable experience. The cooking class, the chemistry, the ambiance of sharing anecdotes and jokes together during the enriching class to complete with a delicious home cooked dinner. I would highly recommend le Foodist for any occasion. Thank you

I was not sure how we would go through everything involved in baking croissants in a few hours, but was impressed at how efficient and organised the entire class was! The group was tons of fun, and our chef was amazing at giving us tricks/tips and walking us through the entire process. This class was probably the highlight of my trip to Paris.

A wonderful experience on New Year’s Day. Chef Alex gave a very interesting history lesson of the area as we walked the market street. Then came the delicious cheese and tasty wine as well as hot bread right out of the oven. Casual and fun! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

If you're looking to elevate your Parisian experience, a baking class at Studio Patisserie is an absolute must-do! I had the pleasure of spending 3 delightful hours learning to make croissants and pain au chocolat under the guidance of the amazing Chef Leo.

Chef Leo was not only a fantastic instructor but also a bundle of fun! His detailed explanations and passion for baking made the entire experience both educational and entertaining. From perfecting the dough layers to mastering the buttery, flaky texture, every step was so well explained and enjoyable.

The studio's warm ambiance and Chef Leo's infectious energy added so much charm to the class, making it one of the highlights of my trip to Paris. By the end, I was proudly savoring my own perfectly baked croissants and pain au chocolat – an incredibly satisfying moment!

This class truly added another star to my Paris trip. Whether you're a novice or a baking enthusiast, this is an experience you don't want to miss. Highly recommend!

This was a huge highlight of my trip!! Joanne was fantastic! She was so welcome and personable! She was super organized and prepared. She was able to take a 2 to 3 day process and turn it into a three hour class. She had all the different stages of dough ready. And I feel like it really set us up for success. This knowledge and experience was extremely worthwhile and memorable I get to take home a new skill. What an amazing souvenir! I’m so excited to make these for my family. I really enjoyed her class, her style, and Le petit chat!

We had an unforgettable cooking experience with Chef Catalina in Paris. From the moment we arrived, she and her husband made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. And if you’re a dog lover, their two adorable dogs are the cherry on top!

Chef Catalina is not only skilled but also a fantastic teacher. She shared valuable tips, like how to properly hold a knife (a game-changer!) and guided us through the art of French cuisine in her unique American-style kitchen—a rare gem in Paris.

The evening concluded with a delightful shared dinner, where we enjoyed our creations and great conversations. It felt less like a class and more like cooking with friends.

If you’re looking for a special, hands-on culinary experience in Paris, this is it. We’re already looking forward to returning on our next trip! Highly recommended!
