Stormy winds sending waves smashing over you and into the Casino walls can be a spectacular sight in itself. The market was excellent, with lots of fresh produce and goods for sale. The vendors were very friendly and offered tasters of their produce. We decided that we would have a picnic on the beautiful beach and purchased a selection of cheeses, cured meats, breads and wine. - J HBelfast24 contributionsWe came across this by accident...after being stuck in a traffic jam we realised that this was an engineering masterpiece and stopped to find out more. The Rance dam and tidal power plant are located at the mouth of the Rance estuary between Dinard and Saint-Malo. The fishes are very nice and there’s a lot of choice. Outside you’ll find clothing, flowers and home made products. There’s a lot of choice too.
