Tony was on-time, very friendly, happily stopped for many photo opportunities, told us stories along the way, and drove safely on narrow roads with fairly heavy traffic. We had a great day!
Batt made this tour exceptional- the sites were beautiful and the weather more gorgeous than I ever thought we’d get, but his personal stories and deep knowledge of the area made this tour so interesting and fun. ALSO- if you’re celiacs, the restaurant for lunch has all gluten free options and I was delighted to have fish and chips gfree!
The Wild Kerry Day Tours, Killarney, CO. Kerry. Ireland is a company that knows how to please tourists. The buses are clean and comfortable, with big, clear windows and skilled local Drivers. Our Driver and Guide was Dave Mermion. His knowledge ,stories, and sense of humor were amazing. Thanks to him we got familiar with the beautiful places in the Ring of Kerry tour and tasted such delicious food in the local hospitable restaurant. Dave is an intelligent and safe Driver.
Kevin was the perfect driver. Stories flowed from him. His family history is here and he helped design the routes. Midsize bus was nice. The lunch stop at Dooley,s by the water was wonderful. Many great views since we climb up. Definite five star.
Kris was terrific, adjusted the trip on our family. Learned so much about the area and history. Highly recommend. Travelled with 2 young adult children. Van was nice size for us.
We wanted a private guide to explore the ring of Kerry… absolutely fantastic we spend the day with Cass our guide. This was such a joy, we learned so much about the people and the history of Ireland and went to the best places to enjoy the ring of Kerry, stopping where we wanted for as long as we needed. This tour is worth every penny! Promise! Time flew by and we were sad when it was already over and we needed to say goodbye. THANKS Cass for the lovely day!
Such a fun trip. Dennis was beyond funny and Nigel did wonderful keeping us safe and cracking jokes here and there. The views were stunning, conversation was fun and it sure beat driving 😂
Spectacular views and we chose the walking 11 km option but it was good to know there were the jaunting carts option for those who chose not to walk. The destination was Lord Brandon's cottage after walking through the Gap of Dunloe. Fully recommend. Thank you Dermott for driving our boat back to Ross Castle. Cheers
We had a car and driver for 6 days in Ireland. Included Dingle, Slea Head, Kilkenny, Antrim Coast Road, Derry to Galway, Limerick. Best money we ever spent. Knowledgeable drivers so we got the "local" viewpoint, historical facts and sites in a friendly comfortable setting. Emerald Irish Tours let us set our own agenda but also made terrific suggestions - things we might have otherwise missed!!
A wonderful experience. The guide was incredible and showed us lots of beautiful place. If you want to get away from it all for a day, I recommend this excursion
The Dingle Penninsula tour was the absolute highlight of our trip to Ireland and the natural beauty of the country and rich history was enhanced greatly but the knowledge and infectious charm of our guide Ray Walsh. He tailored the experience to meet our needs which included side excursions the introduced my sons to the Irish sport of hurling and helped me track down our family homestead. Ray was as absolute gentleman and we have been regaling our family and friends with his wit and wisdom from the moment we arrived home. I cannot recommend him more highly!
