We went as three families with kids. It has rides which are better than the local fair rides but at the end of day it is rides. My imagination about the winter wonderland was that it will be like a fairytale. There were plenty of food options and some halal. The rides were pricey atleast some of them.

We didn't really know what to expect but were certainly not disappointed. Going into the auditorium was certainly a wow moment. The setting was amazing with the stage in the middle of the dining area. We were within touching distance of Charles Dickens throughout the performance! The staff were on hand to see to all our food and drink requirements. The whole event was quite unique, entertaining and so atmospheric.

Mixed feelings. We arrived at about 1230 and stayed until 730 pm. Having never been before I wasn’t sure what to expect.

    Negatives:
The crowds are definitely a big issue. It was like stepping into an army of ants on the march, go with the flow or enter a battle!

The food outlets were predominantly over priced (£10-£15 for two coffees and one cake!!) and if you brought a picnic with you there was nowhere to eat it as the designated area had flooded on the first two days

Complete lack of seating areas. Personally I think the RHS could sacrifice some of the shopping outlets in favour of customer comfort

The show gardens, which was one of the main attractions for me, are really hard to view and appreciate as again there are so many people all trying to view the same thing. Additionally even when you do manage to hit the front you cannot photograph any garden in its entirety because of the rope barriers in your way. It means you have to sort of work your way around each garden which needless to say this takes time!

Gardening enthusiasts join the RHS and I have to say the benefits are fantastic but this seemed to be almost constructed solely for the upper classes. Us everyday folk, looking at the reviews, may never return

    Positives:

The Great Pavilion was magnificent. The chosen vendors were knowledgeable, friendly and more than helpful throughout and there were some lovely displays etc

The balcony/ container garden area added another dimension to the show

The brochure being available in advance was useful to plan our day, as beginners to the show although I do agree that £15 is a little steep!

Great for a food court. Drinks aren’t too crazy, it’s a nice place to hang out and we all liked our food. Service was very friendly to us too

After reading the recent reviews i can honestly say i wasn't looking forward to visiting. However we spoke to staff who were very friendly and helpful. The venue itself was gorgeous and we got in early to make sure we were at the front. I was so glad we did we had a great view, Summer Pearl and Digable planets were top notch acts we were blown away. It did get extremely packed though so not great if you dont like crowds. At this show the people in the crowd were brilliant. Other down sides my daughter ending up slipping over at one point and hurt herself. Bouncers not friendly but im from the Birmingham and we vide different in the Midlands i guess. Overall i wouldn't hesitate to go again

Brought my mum and my autie son to see this exhibition. Enjoyed it very much. Would have liked to have seen more but the way it was laid out meant I could take through the exhibits with my son and ensure he could see them all. He was impressed and learned a lot. A lovely collection.

Great event too many police stopping people exit how they need to better toilets and they should not be placed on main road but sides of roads music should not stop at 8 pm don't care about event but residents more bins need to be available so trash can be placed in bins.

I was lucky enough to see both of them, 2018 and 2016. It is truly amazing, it's cold and the city is full of light and people are happy and walking around smiling, it really is unique and you cannot control the smile while you discover your city under so many different lights. If you take some music it's simply bliss.

The Christmas market at Leicester square was small in scale. Had a few stalls selling festive season specials. Was slightly expensive.

It was a perfect experience of Japan ! My daughter and I absolutely loved all the Japanese food, anime and snacks. Specially Takoyaki was amazing! Also we loved the maid cafe experience we had so much fun! We bought ourselves Sanrio hats and earrings for our souvenirs. We will comeback next year for sure!

We have been to a few things here - family discos, meet the harp, a couple of small plays and the panto today. Always have a great time, the panto was budget but well done and very endearing - we laughed a lot! Feel very lucky to have the venue nearby.
