My sole aim there is to search the most iconic British Bear!!!

Two can be found in the hall……
More are hidden in a souvenir shop ……

    Cutie cutie!!!

As the time I was there coincided with the Remembrance Day, so the bonus was a music treat performed there!!!
    What a piece of memory!!!

This is an easy station to navigate, arriving from the underground, platforms are straight in front of you. Most staff are helpful.

The journey was exactly as it said, quick on time. Down side is there is a long walk from terminal 2 to the station although terminal 5 was closer. I got a family ticket but you scan that and the gate only allows for 1 person to pass through not the whole group

We came to London for a weekend and I was in a wheelchair so needless to say I was a bit reluctant to try the transport. However I had no reason to be. I spoke to an employee who found us the lift and then he got a ramp which helped me get access to the tube. I was then greeted at the stop I was getting off at by another member of staff who had been contacted by the departure station. Having the help there to get on and off the tube was reassuring for us. It made our lives a lot easier so thank to those staff members of the London tubes for all your help

At around 12.40pm Friday 13th SeptemberI was travelling from island gardens heading towards Canary Wharf. I witnessed a passenger service agent go above and beyond his job by helping an elderly gentleman who had lost his phone. He called lost property and was informed that in fact a phone had been handed in. This passenger service agents name was Barry. He kept explaining to the customer where to go. I overheard the whole conversation and was changing trains at both Canary Wharf and poplar, I offered to show him where to go. Barry thanked me for showing him where to go. I hope that this Barry will receive this positive feedback and continue to be a positive and helpful person

We have used Eurostar since it started 30 years ago. After the arduous rail and ferry travel if the 70s and 80s, it was a welcome - and efficient - change.
Unfortunately it's turned into a monster. The check in facilities at both la Gare du Nord & St Pancras are completely inadequate as are the Border Controls. I've never understood why these people need to shout at travellers.
Leaving boarding til only minutes before the train is okay for the strongest and youngest passengers but the weaker and older people find the rugby scrum impossible.
Eurostar definitely need to limit the amount of luggage that passengers are allowed to take on as some people are taking multiple huge cases which they cannot carry.
The ladies toilet at la Gare du Nord this morning was in a disgraceful state. No water, toilet rolls, soap. Rubbish all over the floor and poo on the floor of the toilets.
The great Eurostar experience of 30 years ago is most definitely at an end.
I don't suppose management care - they know people are still going to use their cattle truck.

I used their services on the Gatwick Airport - Victoria route and back. The train is clean, fast, you have free access to Wi-Fi, the seats are comfortable. Tickets are expensive. Unfortunately, on the way there, the train had a breakdown and we had to take another train, from an intermediate station.

Visited on a recent trip to Lords Cricket ground.
Extremely busy station as you would expect. Lots of cafes and bars not too crowded so quite easy to get a drink.
The toilets were disgustingly bad they did not flush were crowded and the lock on the door did not work. Horrid experience as far as that goes.
Fairly easy to get a Taxi outside information on trains is good.

This underground station must be one of the coldest in London. It's drafty even in summer. However, the staff cannot be held responsible for their surroundings. Recently I observed one employee go beyond the call of duty to help passenger after passenger understand where to go. He was so patient and good-humoured.

The service is much improved and once I could not imagine anything except a one..

The staff remain wonderful and everything is generally better than before.

    Nothing changes about the beds.

I have said this before and say it again you don’t always clean the bedding.

Fortunately my room had two beds and I could self deceive myself that one of them might have been cleaned

On waking up refreshed no longer convinced that one had been cleaned but at least I could jump in a shower.

This is unacceptable and always was.

Apart from the 1st Class lounge at Paddington this trip was sorely lacking in any 1st Class service.
The compartment was filthy, the carpet looked like the floor of a grubby backstreet pub in Plymouth ! Surely the train managers should be highlighting this to the cleaning crews. The catering staff were more interested in discussing colleagues and last nights tv than getting on with the job they are paid to do. leaving the galley door open so all could hear. I personally don’t need to be disturbed by this while travelling. The fare on offer was dismal given the extra cost of the ticket, cake, biscuits and crisps were all that was on offer apart from a drink. No sandwiches or the like on offer even on the early train. Blaming COVID for this is getting a bit old hat, adapt and move forward ! The rest of the world has learned how to move on, why can’t you. Other railway companies certainly knock this poor service into a cocked hat. You appear to be squeezing every penny out of your customers with a very low standard of service in return.

Another big train station of London. Crowded but well organized. Interesting architecture. You can find here all you need as a traveler: cafes, fast-foods, restaurants, cafes.

Thought the tube train service was good but the train carriages were very tired, the buses were plentiful but regrettably the customer service shown by the drivers was poor. It was almost as if they hated to give any advice on destinations.

I travelled from London to Lewes and the outbound train had huge delays before eventually bring cancelled. So the train I then got was ridiculously full (and on a hot day).
The return same thing delayed, eventually cancelled I had to wait 25 minutes for a train in the end.Terrible service with lame excuses that those around me told me were constant in this line.Avoid if you possibly can!!

The EMR trains are getting very “tired”. I travel in “First Class” because I prefer to have a guaranteed seat with a table and to have food and drink brought to me.

That being said, it is unfortunate that the seats in First are getting very uncomfortable because they have become worn out by age and the standard of food and service have dropped and dropped to a point where the journey is always disappointing. A sandwich in a cardboard box and a packet of crisps is not anything special. This is not to criticise the on-board staff as they are only working with what is available to them but is entirely down to EMR trying to make more profit without improving conditions for the travelling public.

It is NOT a “first class” service.

But then I don’t supposed they care anymore.
