The driver arrived a little early and called to check he was in the right location for pick up. It was a smooth drive. The driver was very polite and friendly. - Laura s1 contributionBooked online as an airport transfer for my family of five. Simple process to do and communication was excellent. Everything was very smooth. Paid upfront and was a little nervous but no issues at all. Professional service.

Pickup has always been punctual, vehicle clean and comfortable. In addition, each time we have asked for a detour stop on our way from Heathrow to Southampton, Eddie was able to accommodate our request.
We have recommended Eddie’s service to others and have always received positive feedback on their experience.

Highly professional, on time, reliable, clean, comfortable cars and competent, pleasant drivers (bottles of mineral water were a nice touch too :). Reasonably priced with an option to pay by either cash or card. No more unreliable Uber rides for me! I recommend them regularly to all my friends and business partners alike, everyone has been perfectly happy. This is the perfect car service for anyone looking to tailor their trip to their own preferences and experience a wide variety of places. Throughout our journey, we were able to visit Salisbury, Lacock, and Bath. - HdWkerDenver, CO39 contributionsMy driver was amazing. I should have written this sooner as I don’t recall his name. Shame on me. On Dec. 15 he picked me up from Heathrow and drove me to Gatwick. We chatted and laughed and told stories like old friends. He was so good that we arrived it seemed in no time. I looked up and said “Are we here already???” Will use you again on my return with my husband.
