The Natural History Museum is a National Treasure and should be visited by everyone who comes to the city. It is beyond compare in my opinion There is so much to learn here and so much to see. My kids were fascinated from minute one to the point when we had to leave (we didn't want to!). It is unbelievable that the museums in London are free. What a great idea.

We went there yesterday in a doomy day and there were quite a lots to see! We chose not to see the paid butterfly house since we were not too bothered with it! We went for a drink after in the only coffee shop and I had to say it was a bit on a high side but I suppose they have to make some revenue to keep the staff who look after the big place! In all fairness, it was great afternoon out without costing a fortune on entrance! I have to say, I am still looking to see the ‘walrus’.

Intimate but special institute with fabulous library and an amazing collection. We had the opportunity to view Edward lears parrots from 1832 - amazing.

Highly recommended for history buffs! Part of the Royal Museums Greenwich, this is a gigantic warehouse of maritime-related objects that also houses a conservation group. Really enjoyed a two-hour Thursday walking tour in a small group with friendly staff guides, looking at everything from astonishing collections of paintings to Admiral Nelson's tea cups to early charts drawn on calfskin. We also chatted with conservators at work. The collection is not near the other Greenwich museums nor other tourist attractions. But getting there took only about half an hour from Victoria Station via Southeastern Railway to the Kidbrooke station, which is a few minutes' walk from the collection.

We decided to book this full day tour of London with Londra Culturale as a birthday present for a member of our family who had come over from Italy for a visit.
It was their first time in the UK (and London) and the tour did not disappoint.
Angelo was extremely knowledgeable and full of fascinating historical facts about the history of London and all of the places and monuments we visited.
It was an extremely interesting and fascinating tour and our Italian family members really enjoyed it.
A really great day out - highly recommended.
