It was amazing I took many great photos and saw many magnificent artefacts and works of art made long before now.
The gift shop and cafe had excellent service.
    Would go again

Really enjoyed looking at the wax works, some of them are really good, a couple that were not so. Staff were really helpful. Not as many visitors allowed entry at once so didn’t feel too busy.

I went because I heard good things about it from friends and since it was included in the London pass, I decided to give it a go.

The first part was a well thought out glimpse into the history of the bridge from Roman to Victorian times. Though the sets are a bit worse for wear, it was fun and the actors did their best to bring their characters to life. Especially the barman at the end was really engaging and I would have stayed and listened to him a bit longer.

Afterwards the scary part of the experience begins, within a haunted house style walking attraction. As there are several real people in there to frighten you, expect a number of jump scares. You walk through different classic horror themed areas which give off a bit of a ghost train vibe adding to the experience. Some scares are really unexpected and if you go there with younger children you might want to opt for their guardian angel option.

All in all a fun, scary experience.

This was lots of fun, interactive with visitors getting picked to join in. Could be scary in places, especially when the lights were turned off. The actors were really good and definitely got into character.

We visited the stadium for my 13yo sons birthday treat,( he’s a huge arsenal fan from Bradford ) managed to get tickets for the friendly game on the Wednesday and did the stadium tour on the Thursday.
The tour was fantastic. Very well organised and very easy to work your way round. The self guided part with the ear piece and tablet I thought was a great way of doing the tour. You could go at your own pace and did not feel rushed.
I loved the museum at the end. So much history which was very interesting. I particularly liked the section on the old Highbury ground.
I must stress the bit that made my visit, both on match day and on the stadium tour was the staff at the football club! From the bar staff, to the people on the tour. They all went above and beyond to make your visit a great one.

Very much enjoyed The Ripper Museum, interesting facts. I liked the layout of the house.
The tour was very good. Sam, our guide, was very informative and took time to answer questions.

This is an absolute must-visit for its history and its state of preservation. We took the tour with Katherine, who was a superb tour guide, effortlessly walking us through the vessel from hull to captain's quarters, explaining the Cutty Sark's name, history, construction, lifespan, and illuminating sailors' life on board for us.

Even without the tour, there is enough clever explanation throughout that you get the feeling of how it would have been to be on board.

The lower floor has a spacious and airy café for a bite to eat, as you will want to really linger and explore the ship.

What a fantastic museum, really atmospheric, informative and fun. So much historical information going right through to modern day. So important to include the section on slavery which was really thoughtfully done.

We visited with our 10 month old and two year old on a Friday afternoon. We'd bought the annual pass online and entry was very quick and smooth. There is a buggy park or your can take your buggy around the museum, it just means you'll need to take the lift between floors. Our toddler loved running around the museum and getting on the buses and trains. The play areas were fantastic and a real hit. However, the play areas do tend to get busy so there is some patience required to wait a turn to sit at the steering wheel etc. It was a hot day when we visited and the lack of air con made it quite uncomfortable at times. We didn't buy any food or drink or use the toilets but the facilities seemed good. We spent just under two hours in the museum but didn't really look at many of the exhibits in detail, we spent more time just letting our toddler enjoy whatever he wanted to look at. Staff were friendly and helpful. We bought our little boy a wooden tube train in the shop which he loves. We're looking forward to returning and exploring the bits of the museum we didn't see.

A very informative an educational museum,
exhibits slightly gruesome, but very interesting to see.

We visited as a family of seven, ages from 6 years to 73 years old, to celebrate our son's birthday and had a wonderful day. The train ride was enjoyed by all and our grandchildren liked all the activities especially the moving floor on the mail train. Our sons were very interested in the history of the mail and how it all started as we all were.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. A lovely cafe was also enjoyed. A wonderful day was had by all, we shall be back. A hidden gem.

I visited the museum today with two friends. It took us almost an hour and a half as we liked to read all of the information. There is a lot to take in including history, tools of torture, statues, interactive screens, and audio stories/sound effects. It was sometimes a bit cramped, but this didn't ruin the experience. The customer service was excellent and there was a cute gift shop and an opportunity to take a picture which can be downloaded at home. I learned a lot today both interesting and disturbing facts! I would love to visit again.

Went on an evening tour - which I believe regularly occurs on the last Wednesday of the month. It was a very hot day in June and arriving earlier than anticipated we took advantage of the garden for some lovely tea and cake. Even though the cafe was officially closed at this point the lady on duty couldn’t be more accommodating by serving us anyway and letting us linger.
We were welcomed and introduced to the historic house on time and given a very detailed tour from room to room of the life and times of Charles Dickens by a very knowledgeable and affable guide via the hundreds of artefacts that belonged to him. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the tour with the only one very minor criticism being that it’s quite a lot of time to stand up for those of us with aged and tired legs and it would help if they had a few less precious antique chairs dotted about for some of the old bones to rest on occasionally. However; regardless of that I can’t recommend it highly enough and I’m eager to go again in the Christmas period for a slightly cooler and more festive experience.

Very friendly staff , a bit pricy but tge entry ticket its self is very nice and a perfect keep sake if you are not wanting to spend loads in the gift shop which has it all and some items like business cards that are also a free keep sake. The tour its self is very detailed and interactive as there is a talking part of which staff are very open for answring question. There is then an additional two floors that you can look at at your own pleasure. Very small so becare about going at peak times i would say that is not really for kids so if you have young children give it a miss. The stairs are narrow is call ahead about acsessability.
