Really fun, unique way to spend an hour and a half! So glad I found this on TripAdvisor for a meet up with my friend on her birthday. Domcas and Salma were so friendly and such fun. The food was lovely and there was lots of it - with the option to take leftovers home in a pretty little box. You get to keep the sturdy cup too.
My only little issue was that you couldn't hear a lot of the commentary - it would be really good if you could get headphones to listen (if you wanted too).

Great views. Food was good and the travel mug gift was a nice touch. Guides were friendly and polite. My only suggestion would be maybe we could have been told the major landmarks as we had tourists from abroad next to us who were unsure but overall I recommend this tour.

Lovely tour of Kensington Gardens, Diana’s Garden, and Tea at the Palace. Astrid was a wealth of knowledge of British history and culture.

The food was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised at how fresh it was as our tour wasn't until 2.30 in the afternoon. We especially loved that the scone was warm!
It would have been nicer if the sandwiches had come out before the drinks as we did have to wait a while until we received them. They were delicious when they arrived though.
We wish we'd heard a little more from the driver to know what we were passing.
The travel cup souvenir was a very welcome surprise and we even brought our uneaten cakes home to have later!
A very cute bus and many passers by took photos too!!

I recently enjoyed afternoon tea for my sister's birthday. We were sadly delayed due to a road accident nearby and let the restaurant know. They were very accommodating and permitted us to enjoy afternoon tea when we arrived later than expected. The cakes were amazingly designed and the savoury snacks were also really nice. Together with the tour, it was a great day and a must for any big Harry Potter fans.

This tour gave me a new insight on British royalty and culture that I have never seen before. The atmosphere and the food all made this the perfect day out with friends or family. Our guide Laurent was enthusiastic and created a welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to have the perfect day out in London !!!!

My granddaughter loved the afternoon tea, I felt a bit underwhelmed and felt staff could have been a bit happier and more friendly.
As it was a themed event I would have thought apart from the music and cake toppers there may have been more interaction with the staff.
In fairness we did have a beaded bracelet dropped in front of us with name of one of Taylor’s albums on it.
4 * given because my granddaughter had a nice time but don’t think I would bother again at nearly £113:00 for one adult and child
Seating could have been organised better, I was sat with a child and another woman was sat with a child half way down the bus, but we weren’t allow to swap seats so the girls could get excited together. Especially as the 2 adults opposite us on the table for 4 had 2 other friends who got sat elsewhere in the bus and there were 2 women who couldn’t even sit together.

Candem Town is such a curious place to visit. This is an experience that we will always treasure with my husband not just because of Jorge that was great with us but mostly due to everything we learned in a couple of hours. This experience shaped the rest of our visit in London we had lots of insights and recommendations that helped a lot, we ended visiting and knowing about places we wouldn't have heard about otherwise.

Mixed bag! Dave and driver were good BUT the connection to the afternoon tea was a disaster. They dropped us off there and we had to walk nearly a mile to Rueben’s. I have trouble walking and that is why we selected this. Took over 30 minutes and I was whipped after trying to figure out how to get there. The restaurant gave away our table because we were late. Had a terrible time showing them we had paid thru the tour. Like it was the first time. Did not recognize our tour ticket. After we settled down the “Tea” was quite good
