This turned out to be a pretty good way to get around London and see some sites when we first arrived. For the most part, the buses ran on time and weren't packed with people. The drivers were nice and answered our questions.
The audio headphones worked quite well and even with the occasional rain shower, we mostly sat up top and enjoyed the view. We did move to the up top covered part of the bus as soon as possible, though.
They have different lines that go to different parts of London so that was a little confusing at first.
There's lots of traffic, but overall, we had a good time while on the bus.
We also did the river cruise as part of the Big Bus package, and it was fun and educational, even though it was a little cold out on the water that day.

Great way to get a taste of the Cotswolds. Rob, our driver and guide, gave great tips at each stop.
Even thought the stops were often brief, we got the flavor of each quaint town knowing just what to do.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on this tour! Our guide, James, was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights at each stop, and Rad, our driver, was an expert behind the wheel—safe, smooth, and skilled, making the journey comfortable and enjoyable.

The itinerary was well-paced, giving us enough time to explore Windsor Castle, admire the beauty of Bath, and experience the awe of Stonehenge. Everything was well-organized, and we felt like we were in great hands the entire day.

Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a seamless and enriching experience. Thanks again to James and Rad for making it such a memorable day!

The tour bus company did an excellent job. Very organized. Frequent communication. Timely.
No issues whatsoever. The WB direcrt Harry Potter tickests were sold out for months, so we are so happy we boiked wih Premium Tours. Even if you buy direct tickets from WB you have to pay for transportation. It was nice having a no stress bus ride both rides. A few tourists were confused with Victoria Station Subway vs Victora Coach (Bus) station. Not a big deal since acrosss the street. Just an FYI for you. Thank you Premium Tours. Our guide in the bus was so sweet and good at her job!

Had a pleasant and enjoyable time on pur daytrip out of London to stonehenge & Bath. We had booked just several days before on a whim after hearing about it from friends and we did not regret! Tour is largely free & easy especially upon entry into stonehenge & roman baths museum. Our guide Steve was very humorous and knowledgeable, peppering the journey with fun facts and little stories. Also enjoyed a small walk around tour he gave in Bath. Overall enjoyable experience and would definitely consider other tours by premier tours in the future. The only feedback would be that charging ports and WiFi on the bus would've been appreciated

Seamless process with the exception of locating your bus after completion of the tour. They need a sign of some sort instead you know k on bus doors throughout the parking lot or stand in the lines where other places are marked, not knowing if you’re even in the correct spot. Also I suggest opening a window. The upstairs gets foggy windows and no air circulation on the bus. Otherwise good job!

The day went so much faster than expected; we started at 7:30 and our first stop was Windsor (some of us saw the King on the way to Sunday service); next up was Stonehenge which was so open and beautiful, but unfortunately seemed to coincide with some school groups so it was much louder than expected, not enough to take away from the experience though, then; lunch at the oldest pub in Lacock, next to a chocolate barn serving some delicious treats; lastly was Bath and we were treated to a gorgeous sunset, really highlighting the stonework in the city.

While a 12.5 hour day, you only get about 1.5 hours at each stop (shorter for lunch), so you really have to rush at the sightseeing. I did a quick tour of the Roman Baths in Bath, but I’ll definitely go back to do the whole place properly one day. It’s a wonderful experience if you only have a short time in London, and Clive was an informative and engaging guide with lots of interesting stories, and Carlos was a jovial driver, graciously slowing down at certain points (where possible) for us to have a better look at things we couldn’t stop at.

All in all, a lovely day, my only tip is bring a power bank for your phone - it drains quickly!

Oliver and Sunny are a great team! They took us to Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath and kept us on time and kept us informed. It was great having someone arrange the trip for us so we could just show up and go. All of the Golden tour operators at Victoria Station were helpful when we couldn’t find our meeting place.

Thank you Samuel driver/guide for magical day tour through Cotswold and Oxford. Nice driving skills with haste through highways, city traffic, tight parking. Did you know that Brits drive on left and pass right?
Microphoned comments while driving includes history, civics, vocabulary, taxation policy and local eatery reviews. Listen to Samuel, he will give you all that you need to know about the tour and destinations, comic commentary included. Stops at Bibury, Burford and 2.5 hours at Oxford. Really appreciated Samuel’s left hand map skills and the highlight tour map of Oxford. Awesome day trip.

Good attractions in London mostly covered, many stops so need more than 1 day tour. The operation stop at 7pm. Take the Christmas tree night tour for different experience.

Great historic site. The exhibition gives great information on what is known and not known about the site. The timeline provided helps put perspective of the length of construction of the site. And the site itself is really nice, but I feel the guardrails at some points could of been a little bit closer to give a better view. But other than that, great and interesting place to visit.
