- Annie J1 contributionThis was my second session of Aquatic Bodywork, and the 90-minute duration felt just right. After the summer holidays of caring for three children, I really needed to relax. My hips were tight, and my shoulders felt stiff, but I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment, especially the fluid, flowing movements. My hips feel amazing now! The overhead arm stretches while floating on my back were particularly soothing, and staying on the surface worked very well for me. His approach is different to other masseurs I have visited, and he enjoys sharing his knowledge and understanding with advice for Ongoing change that will help with the underlying causes tension and pain. Highly recommended for anyone in or visiting

I have found some amazing teachers, many I would never have been able to get too, or have even tried!
I have had only a couple of times needed the help of the team and each time they have been quick to respond, helpful and have always been able to help me.
Even one time when I realised the teacher I wanted had a cover teacher and they instantly refunded the class - they didn't have too.

They each stand out through their nurturing and warm atmosphere and the absolutely magnificent yoga teachers.I rate moreyoga as possibly the best yoga studio in town It is true beautiful yoga and catered to every level. It has such a lovely ‘poetic /medidative ‘ flow and focus, helping with feeling peacefulness and clearing the mind, as well as getting stretches which he incorporates too, and some knots eased and released in the shoulders. - Lama G23 contributionsI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received today at KARVE UAE - Al Serkal Avenue.
Despite not receiving any prior direct communication about the class(I was on the waiting list when i signed up ,email found by chance in my junk folder this morning), I made the effort to attend, spending 15 minutes searching for parking in the congested area around Alserkal. After walking 5 minutes under the sun, I arrived at KARVE at 10:05 AM, only to be told by the receptionist, in a rude and dismissive manner, that I was 5 minutes late and would not be allowed into the class.
This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. Not only was this supposed to be a free trial class for first-time participants, but I had already paid for it, trusting that KARVE team would deliver a professional service.

Back in October I decided it was time to change that and joined THoY. What a great decision! The instructors are first class, the facilities are very good and the atmosphere is fantastic. The time table is also very good, and there is a fair choice of classes. Teachers are great! - Malwina S1 contributionI highly recommend this yoga studio in Wembley. The classes I attend are excellent. The teachers are extremely qualified, very helpful, and knowledgeable in their field. They are very skilled at imparting knowledge. After the classes, I feel very relaxed. The classes are very diverse, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Since I started practicing yoga to my current stage, I can see and feel how much I have developed both physically and mentally. Regularly attending yoga classes at Murjoga has brought me many benefits. Rosie’s class was the PERFECT way to start our weekend! The group could not stop talking about the class all weekend, how wonderful the location of the studio Rosie booked for us and just Rosie herself, we all LOVED her! We all agreed that Rosie was the best yoga teacher we have ever had!

A lovely yoga session, followed by an amazing sound bath. I joined up straight after and have been going at least twice a week since. I'm off work this week and have been to 6 classes! Such a variety of yoga styles are available, and all the teachers are amazing. It's great value too, at only £40 a month.
