We had booked an afternoon package with a massage .
The massage was very good and relaxing .
The spa could feel a little claustrophobic, as dark and hot .. but I’m guessing that’s the vibe, water is readily available to drink .
The pools are beautiful and cater for all requirements. So well worth a visit .. I will say my relaxing package turned into a gladiator package as I slipped down a plunge pool ladder and after a relaxing experience, I’m now black and blue.

As a fully paid up member of the spa facility even trying to get access on quiet days has become a challenge, unless you can agree to book a two hour session in advance you will very likely be turned away if you just want to use the spa after a workout now,. It is good value for money and it’s very nice and clean. The changing rooms are small but it’s not a big issue, the sauna and steam rooms could have been a bit hotter, and it’s missing a jacuzzi or swimming pool which is really needed . I wanted to book a massage but it did not line up with the times available for the thermal spa so couldn’t. The staff were very friendly and nice and it’s very clean. They hey were quite relaxed around timings as well which is nice.

How ever tina forgot to do massage my legs i didn't say much at the time i thought i would call them after and speak to the receptionist which i did.
I called the following day and told the receptionist my experience all i said was the massage was good but tina forgot to massage my legs and for next time could she just tell her to give me a full body massage the receptionist was so rude she started to tell me if I'm not happy i should go else where so i said to her why are you being rude to me and she put the phone down on me.
The follow sunday i booked up with tina again as i turned up the receptionist said to me tina is not available i asked her why she said tina does not want to massage you so i asked her why didn't they call me to tell me so i wouldnt have wasted my time coming down she told me to SHUT UP i said to her why are you being rude to me for i told her i want to speak to management she told me she was the management and i should SHUT UP and leave we exchanged words and i got my refund and i left.

Staff are ok friendly-ish. Good equipment and work out space, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and even have a small female exercise room.
However the membership goes up year by year but cleaning and hygiene is getting worse and worse, less staff clean the shower area and toilet. When they do clean they just spread water in the shower cubical.
