This is one of our favorite bridges in the world. Go early in the morning before your visit to the Tower of London and enjoy the bridge. Going early allows nice pics without lots of tourist around and lots of traffic on the bridge. We got there around 7:30AM and I wish we have gotten then even earlier. There is a tour of the bridge one can take, so please consult their website for info.

Simply fascinating! A great view of history that makes you appreciate the city of London and it's history even more. Viewing the war rooms provide you with a great modern context to the massive history that London the the UK have to offer.

We saw the war rooms after a WW2 walking tour provided by City Wonders UK. Our tour guide, Robert, was friendly and knowledgeable.

In July the museum was overcrowded, many were not wearing masks, groups of students were there adding to the chaos, and it felt a bit overwhelming after pandemic lockdown mentality.

That said, the Raphael Exhibition was a once in a lifetime event and I am thankful to have been able to see it.

Employees and volunteers were helpful and well informed.

It was a bit of a maze to find everything and having seen it all I was feeling as if I had been overloaded with beauty and so saturated I needed time to process it.

This museum is very educational and the entry is free. The Egyptology department was very interesting and seeing the Rosetta Stone was the highlight of the trip.

I can’t praise the customer service enough. Personal difficulties made a special trip impossible and I was treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration when explaining the situation. I only wish I could experience the train journey itself as I have every expectation that it would be outstanding.

There is so much history in this place I wish I'd gone first thing in the morning. The halls are very narrow which means you have to navigate through/around people and it makes it hard to use the headset to learn about the various people buried beneath. I enjoyed the brief time I spent inside.

Such an interesting, eclectic collection. Some truly unique pieces and very well displayed and described, plus a great space.

I've read lots of reviews on here and Facebook from people saying they could go back multiple times to the NHM. It was a great experience, but definitely a one-and-done for us. It was extremely warm and busy when we visited, which didn't help.

Don't get me wrong - there were some really breathtaking moments. The first is when you enter Hintze Hall and see the blue whale skeleton suspended above you. The second is entering the mammals hall and seeing the models of animals, again including a blue whale. The third was the incredible escalator through the centre of the planet. Dippy was also brilliant and that exhibition is well worth seeing!

We also loved the animatronic t-rex in the dinosaur section (extremely busy) and the earthquake room! These were really cool interactive experiences and the museum could do with more of these!

The cafe was expensive but had good choice of hot and cold food, and it was nice. If you can, take your own food and have a picnic out on the front lawn - plenty of people were doing this when we visited!

The exhibits were interesting, the setting was impressive and I'm really glad we did it, but I don't feel any great urge to return and see the bits we missed out on. Still, it was free and we had a great time!

We stayed in Paddington for 3 days for our visit to London and I refused to use the tube for sightseeing so we ended up walking through Hyde park 8 times! And I must say, even though the grass has dried up to a crisp with the current weather, it was still a lovely calming place to visit in the middle of the chaotic city.
Early morning was the best time for me, no one around apart from a few dog walkers and joggers but just really fresh and energising.
