We also got a free drink and snack each with the tickets, which was really nice. The seating was good, with plenty of leg room being on the front row. The show was really good, our kids loved it. - Claire O1 contributionAs a new wheelchair user, we found the Blackpool Tower accessible. There was a lift to the 4D cinema for people who can't manage the stairs. And then a lift up to the main viewing platform on the Tower. The only thing I wasn't able to do was go to the 2 higher platforms as they are only accessed by stairs. But to be honest the main platform was high enough, lol. Plenty of belly laughs. Drinks reasonably priced, great atmosphere, super friendly staff. Looking forward to our next visit. - Jetsetter033Glasgow5 contributionsWe enjoyed visiting as part of double tickets for here and the Blackpool tea package. The strictly section and I’m a celebrity were particularly impressive and my 6 year old loved these. Friendly staff too. What I would say is that more up to date celebrities could be added, Taylor swift being one lol as my little girl was a bit upset not to see her. There were a few that younger kids wouldn’t know so maybe a celebrities gone but not forgotten section and put them in like Bruce Forsyth, Benny Hill etc. I do appreciate it’s expensive to do this though and styles move on quickly. . Was told Harry styles is arriving so that will be a good addition . Likes the Ed Sheeran one and guitar. Maybe a suggestions box would be good to see who is popular with the young ones. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the price of the photographs taken on the way round is ridiculous. Even if you just wanted one photo, it would have been £13! Far too much, in my opinion. We came just for 1 night from Chesterfield to see the Jingle Bells Ball show.
As always we are amazed by the time and effort all the performers must put in to create such a fabulous show. I think the show is around 2 and a half hours long. So much going on on stage, with constant outfit changing. This show is a mixture of xmas tunes with lots of singalong and party tunes.
A great atmosphere in the room. Everyone really getting involved with the show. As usual a couple of special mentions
To of course your host, compere, singer, dancer, comedian etc etc the fabulous Leye D Johns. And to the waiter who always takes our drinks orders and is such a friendly young man, that is Tom who is a real asset to Viva.

Both organs were played whilst we were there and an assortment of standards of dancing, all enjoying themselves.
There was a bar serving snacks tea and coffee also a vending machine for sandwiches.
We were served our afternoon tea by a lovely waitress but we were slightly disappointed in the tea. Felt the bread was cheap and the sandwich fillings were poor compared with other places and slightly stale scones in our opinion. This being said it was a lovely experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful
Definitely worth a visit especially if you are a Strictly fan.

The Jersey Beats was well received including abstracts from the journey of The Four Seasons along with some slapstick comedy from the Viva’s host/owner. Sadly these venues are becoming a dying breed. - Ian TDumfries, UK21 contributionsHad a great experience at Viva. I was greeted by the lovely Tom who addressed me by name and took me to my table for the evening. I had booked a lowest price table with a possible restricted view of the stage, however, Tom offered me an upgrade to a central, premium table which I gratefully accepted. The waiting staff were excellent and provided a polite, friendly and efficient service. The show was highly professional with very talented singers and dancers.
