Birthday present for my wife - picture of our favourite walk in the Scottish Highlands (Inverpolly lochans behind Stac Pollaidh towards Cul Mor and Suilvan) at sunset. Superb colours and textures.... Having seen this on a sailing trip, Neil and Freya were lovely to deal with by phone and email and arranged to reprint to the size requested and then framed and shipped. Thoroughly recommended.

Super cafe with a long menu, fantastic staff, and a wonderful museum! Will definitely return. It was incredibly busy but the staff worked miracles serving many people with a smile. Loved the museum which was very well curated.

Lovely cafe, tasty food and beautiful cakes but why such tiny cups? Enjoyed the cappuccino but would have liked it in a full size cup!

Great collection of different craft workers and antique dealers. They were all happy to explain their skills and things were very affordable.

This is an interesting place to visit with plenty of little quirky corners.
With a number of different sellers having a section in the buildings it will suit most tastes.
From household utensils to all garden ephemera old and new.

If you’re looking for a marine picture then this is the place to go (they also have general photographs of Cowes). Even if the shop is closed it’s worth stopping for a while to glance at the display pictures - the clarity is amazing but be warned, you are spoilt for choice! Beken’s is currently run by the third generation of the family. There’s also an extensive picture archive, so if you have a particular boat you’re looking for then they’ll probably be able to find it in their files.

Went to buy a special gift - wanting something local - this is the place to go. A variety of arts with a range of prices. I certainly got something unique here.

There is something here to suit all tastes and all budgets. Renowned originally for its maritime art, Kendalls now broadens its horizons to include sculpture, a small selection of antiques, silver and glass.
The fine art is inspiring - from traditional to modern, maritime to abstract.
Preview it all on the super website.

Easy to find, just off the A41 with car park to the side. We were greeted by a large dog barking aggressively at us. Yes it was behind a fence but not a pleasant welcome at all. No one spoke to us at all during our visit so it didn’t appear welcoming.

Centre is packed with what I would say are traditional antiques; not the place to go if you are looking for more modern collectibles. As others have said, everything is very overpriced - I’d say by x4.

We didn’t stay long and left empty handed.

Small but plenty to marvel at and buy , charming owners in a beautiful setting highly recommended set in the historic area of Knighton Isle of Wight the owners cottage alone dates at 1694 and the barn and surrounding areas hold some real treasures for both inside and out children will love the large scale vintage aircraft gracing the barn ceiling and the classic Lambrettas & Vespa , beautiful furniture , lighting curios and taxidermy in abundance not your usual bric brac nonsense

We were disappointed to find only a handful of stalls. We are keen to support local businesses and produce. Possibly the weather forecast and time of year may have discouraged other traders and customers. We wish them every success and will keep an eye on this market.

Excellent shop with all manner of fossils and interesting finds. Children were mesmerised by it all and were treated to various and very reasonably priced finds. Jurassic Jim-Junior was very knowledgeable about his subject. We would recommend a visit to any jurassic enthusiast!
