- AnneMississauga, Canada1 contributionI required a car service to take me to a medical appointment downtown Toronto. I am no longer able to manage the parking situation at St. Michaels Hospital. I require wheelchair spots and recently when I would drive there would be no available spots. So I did some research, I looked at taxis, but changed my mind due to concerns over Covid19 and was not sure about sanitation procedures, then I looked into uber, and maybe cause I am in my late 70's...
Anyway, I looked into car services and found Ideal Executive Car Service. I called and asked a few questions, and the staff was able to make my booking for me right away over the phone. I was told to expect texts updating me on the arrival time of my driver. As well, I was also asked what beverage I would like to have waiting for me, and he took the time to explain their covid19 procedures. No other car service provided that detailed information. Thursday morning at 7:45 acar was in the driveway, and a young man was waiting at the door in a full suit. Car was very clean, a clear plastic divider was separating me and the driver, and he had a mask and gloves, I was very happy to see this. In addition, the driver who was named Daniel asked if the temperature was OK and if the music was what I liked. I can tell you my trip there and back was pleasant.
