- Gabriel CortezToronto, Canada14 contributionsThe greenhouse with tropical plants, a water fountain and many succulent species is a jewel in this park. It is finally open again after two years of restriction.Written 3 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Monica CToronto, Canada66 contributionsWe came here around 4pm on a Friday, not sure if because it was still a weekday or that there’s a entrance fee to the park but I found it oddly quiet. The park was not busy at all and we were able to walk down the trail and enjoy the views at a good pace. We didn’t do any extra activities but I saw different families having picnics or fishing, and treetop trekking which sounded fun. Overall this was a beautiful afternoon :)Written 5 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- betty lBrampton, Canada10,372 contributionsDuring Valentines Day we attended a concert at Rose Theatre in Brampton. Although we have been residents of Brampton for nine years, this was our first time to go inside this theatre.
We were seated at the Balcony section and our seats had a good view of the stage. It looks like a cozy concert hall and has good acoustics. There are no bad seats in the theatre .
The lobby was spacious and the underground parking is also free.Written 19 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - betty lBrampton, Canada10,372 contributionsWe were trying to catch the Salmon Run at Credit River so we decided to visit Eldorado Park in Brampton. The salmon migration, or run, up the Credit River is a sign that summer is ending and autumn is around the corner. The determination of these fish is quite a sight. This the first time we had visited this park just to see the salmon migration and now this has become our favourite hang out place. We decided to have lunch at one of the numerous picnic tables dotting the huge park. The park has a children’s playground, camp grounds, picnic areas and a pool. After our hearty lunch we went straight to the river bank to check whether we can see the salmons jumping .Unfortunately we were not lucky to see the salmon run but we saw some salmons in the river.Beautiful wildflowers grow along the river banks which provides a cheery and colourful atmosphere to this area of the park.Written 1 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - caali43Toronto, Canada3 contributionsThe kids love this place. We bought a season's pass because the day pass is just a bit less expensive than the season pass so it's not worth buying the day pass unless you only plan to go once. The food is absolutely very expensive and you cannot bring your own. I don't like they search your bags to make sure you don't bring in food - I had to unfold all my towels in my bag but the person next me did not have to do anything like that so the search criteria is different depending on which person you get. The washrooms are absolutely filthy with no one really cleaning it during the day. Lazy river was closed for repairs when we went - they should give some sort of voucher (for food or drinks) or something to make up for something not working. The staff at Pizza Pizza counter were not trained enough and very disorganized. Had to wait a long time for food, leaving many people very upset.
You are allowed to bring a cooler with drinks and fruit but it is not stated on the website anywhere. I found out because I saw someone else with a cooler and I asked them. On their website it says we can bring in one drink bottle per person (sealed plastic bottle or reusable bottle), nothing else.
If the rides have a weight restriction then they should be clear about it and take care of it at the beginning before someone waits in the long line up only to get up there to find out they cannot go on the ride.
They increased the price of the parking pass online from $14.95 to $15.95 mid season which is not good business practice. I know its only $1.00 increase but its that much closer to the $20 that you pay in person so not much of a savings...just more money in their pockets.
I go because of the kids and I really had nothing else planned for the summer. Next summer I will be sure to plan other things to avoid going here
Lifeguards are very good and very attentive. They need to train their other staff much better because, from the service received, it looks like they get minimal training.Written 22 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is does not have all kinds of tractor rides and stuff for kids, but it is a solid farm where you can pick from a great selection of apples, and pick you own veg at reasonable prices. Pet-friendly. We had a great time!Written 21 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- No Mud No Lotus25 contributionsWe arrived at 9 AM on Sunday which is the optimal time as it wasn't too hot yet and plenty of parking was available. The only thing to note is to bring bug spray as the mosquitos were out!! The trails are beginner level with not too many tree roots across the path making it easier for those with accessibility needs. It's a lovely hike for those interested in getting away from the city even for a short period of time.
There is a lack of trail maps so make sure to bring your phone with the map on it. You could have a picnic here with your family & friends however there was only one picnic table that we spotted.Written 19 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - betty lBrampton, Canada10,372 contributionsLast weekend was rainy but towards the afternoon, there was a break from the rain with a glorious sunshine that allowed apple pickers like us to visit one of our favorite orchards...The Carl Laidlow Orchard in Brampton.
The farm is one of the biggest farms in Brampton. They offer wagon rides during weekends and you can also buy pies and fresh farm produce.
They are open only on weekends.Written 1 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Dallison stopped what he was doing and assisted us with the search. Greg , the manager joined in and took the extra mile to help us by going to the office and back and led the way to the site. Excellent service!!!Written 22 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
