From beginning to end was awesome. Free drinks on the boat, music, arrival was a breath taking view of the island. The show was top notch, amazing talent and the stage top notch. Add an amazing meal afterward. The staff were very attentive. Very organized. On the ride back, free drinks. The music and staff performed for us. Lol, was a lot of fun. The crew was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. The food and drinks were exceptional, adding a touch of indulgence to the breathtaking views of the coastline. Visiting in January was perfect—it’s whale season, and we were lucky enough to witness these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. It was a magical evening that combined adventure, relaxation, and stunning scenery. Highly recommend!

The guide was extremely informative and took time to make sure we saw all that we could. The adventure was the best excursion that I’ve ever been on. - Jandra M11 contributionsIf you love sailing, and want to spend a day on the water, this is the tour for you. I cannot put into words what a wonderful day this was for me and my husband. We saw whales, dolphins, sea turtles. The crew was amazing, 1st class service the entire time. The drinks were flowing, the food was great and an incredible time had by all! There was an hour available for swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling or just jumping off the boat into the amazing water. Although there was some motoring in the morning, we sailed all the way back and that was amazing!! If Ritmo de la noche is not your vibe, this certainly is!!! Time wise, we had to be at the marina by 9:30, we were on the boat and on the go by 10:05am. - DKT8 contributionsSO. MUCH. FUN! This was the perfect tour to fit everything in - boat - beautiful beaches - sightseeing - snorkelling - banana boat - kayaks - delicious lunch.. and the spectacular village and waterfall of Yelapa.
I can't say enough about Vallarta Tours! As a person that works in events, it's always behind the scenes that could be crazy - but the important thing is that those who are paying for the experience don't see it. This was the case with Chai and his entire team. They made the day flawless, friendly and fun! Boy - did they work hard!
The first stop was beautiful and the snorkelling was fun to do - although we didn't see alot (not their fault, just the way the day went :) The crew took the time to ensure everyone had a turn on the banana boat. The second stop - Yelapa is incredible and the highlight of my entire trip! You had alot of time to explore the waterfall, the village and the beach. Lunch was delicious and there was so much for everyone - you don't leave hungry!
As a bonus, from the water, we saw the national park with the Blue Footed Boobies and whales!
TIP - arrive at the port early to ensure you get your tickets as there is a line for all the tours - then you will need to pay a port fee (30 pesos I think per person) at the other end of the building and head back to the waiting area This takes a little bit of time.

We did the zipline into the ocean and snorkeled. Love the choice of activities, how spread out things are, the helpfulness of staff, the welcome tacos, and lunch. - Brad E2 contributions1) Check the ratings - mine makes it 61 out of 61 giving this company FIVE STARS!
2) They're a family business - love it!
3) All instruction is one-on-one - you can't go wrong.
4) They will pick you up and drop you off from your hotel!
5) They purposely teach you at a beach waves that seem custom made for learning. The waves aren’t big enough to scare anyone, but big enough to give you a nice ride. And when you fall you can just stand up!
6) My instructor, Roberto was kind, thoughtful, thorough, and very passionate about teaching people how to surf. There was on moment when we got caught in the "impact zone" of a wave and he jumped in front of me to let the wave hit his back so it would lessen the impact on me. It wasn't necessary or expected, but also, who would even think to do that?
7) They sent me a lot of great pictures afterwards that friends and family loved.
Honestly, I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my very first surfing lesson. I don't know how it will go for others, but I got up on my very first 2 tries, fell on the 3rd, then rode maybe 20 (or more) straight waves after that. It's addicting, and I didn't want the lesson to end. But uness you're in your teens, you'll be glad later that it ended because I was zonked out for a while afterwards - surfing works the entire body and will wear.you.out! Then you'll want to do it again the very next chance!
Take a lesson with this family owned company, you'll definitely ride some waves, you'll be safe, and you'll have an awful lot of fun!

Our guide Sophia was outstanding with a wonderful personality and great pride in conducting our tour. She and the driver(sorry I can’t remember his name - it begins with a Z) were great hosts and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I particularly liked Sophia’s brief history lessons between stops. Just enough information to give us a sense of where we were and the culture and history of the people of the area. We plan to use our photos as our save the date photos to mail to friends and family. They came out great! We did a 30 min session and honestly that was a great amount of time for all the photos we wanted. We ended up buying 35 photos instead of the original 15! Gustavo was super helpful and clear with the in-pool training, and gave me a lot of opportunities to practice ! Johnnie instructed me in the open-water dives and was super reassuring and experienced. I had a great time and never was concerned about safety, they were both very knowledgeable and confident ! Staff was very attentive and the boat was easy to get on and off for my grandma. I would suggest bringing a sweater if you're going on a cloudy day. We did see some wales which was pretty cool.
