David was awesome! The whole group had a blast seeing everything. Everything was explained in great detail, and David knew the answer to our questions. The schedule was packed and busy, but fun throughout. Be sure to bring cash for souvenirs. And a neck pillow for the long drives. Best parts of this tour were the cenote and the Chichen Itza. Izamal was a great way to end off the tour.

Manuel was our guide on a fantastic tasting and cultural experience. All the food was delicious and we learned a great deal about the customs of Yucatan people. I would never have seen the parts of Merida we went to on my own.

This was an excellent tour for seeing the glorious history and architecture of the Mayans without lots of crowds. Only an hour or so from Merida, the Uxmal site is stunning and compared to over-crowded Chichen Itza was practically empty. The ruins at Uxmal are every bit as impressive, and in fact have much more elaborate decorations, and there were hardly any other visitors. Also, unlike Chichen Itza, which is overflowing with craft vendors, Uxmal is remarkably serene and inspiring. The nearby site of Kabah is smaller, but also impressive, and again, has hardly any visitors. While it's hard to visit the Yucatan and NOT see Chichen Itza (which is certainly amazing), you owe it to yourself to see other smaller sites as well, and I think this tour was an excellent way to do that. Our guide Manny was very knowledgeable and personable and made the day a great visit. You could also do this on your own with a car, but if you'd rather go on a tour, I highly recommend this one!

Great boat trip - saw lovely flamingos, Great Egrets, crocodiles, mangroves and other interesting birds. Lunch at the beach club was good and quiet location with beach and pool. Amazing shells! David was an interesting and informative guide and driver. Comfortable, air conditioned car there and back.

The tour was chill, the first stop we learned about on the bus, so we had more time for photos and sightseeing in the city. Our tour guide Michelle also took great photo of us! The time at the cenote felt a tad short, but definitely still enough time to swim for maybe 25 minutes. Izamal was also neat, more of an explore at your own vibe and meet back at the bus when you're done. Props to our driver Diego, couldn't have been there with em.

Traveling to a quiet destination as Merida isn´t a problem when traveling with Ekinox. They sure made it possiblen when they took us to one of the new seven wonders of the world, a refreshing cenote, tasty buffet lunch and 2 pueblitos magicos. Recommended!

To be honest I am not a friend of organised tours. But this one was so awesome, that it felt like you are on the road with friends. Perfect communication, perfect service, Mario and Hernan are the best tourguides you could wish for, Chichen Itza was already a blast, but the visit at the private cenote with the following delicious homemade food was unbeatable. Thumbs up big time!

We had an amazing time doing the market tour and cooking class! Our guide, Laura, was very friendly and helpful. The Lucas de Galvez Market was very vibrant, and it was so nice to have a local guide to help us navigate through it to find the ingredients. The cooking class was also fun for our entire family. Bertha was very warm and inviting, and made us feel like family in her home. Our kids loved learning how to cook Yucatecan. This experience was definitely a highlight of our trip, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is considering it!

Beautiful and relaxed tour and nice to get back to Mérida late in the afternoon and not late at night. It's not good value though - too expensive.

A memorable tour around a busy local food market with an excellent guide.

Our guide, Gisell Chay, had a deep knowledge of food and an enthusiasm for local flavours and food pairing. We visited a range of food stalls for tasting food and drinks before visiting a small local restaurant for a main dish. The last stop was ice cream and sorbets with local flavours.

After the tour we received an email with notes on what we had tasted along with some local recipes.

Our tour was great, it's important to leave at 6am so that Chichen Itza and the cenote are not crowded. Our guide Victor was amazing, really invested in history, archeology and antrhopology. Also, he knows the best sport for pictures.
