The boat crew was super nice and their hospitality was top-tier. But what really topped it off was the pictures I took at the boat with The photographer, Javier. The view from the catamaran of the beautiful blue water, the refreshing ocean breeze, the schools of fish that we saw snorkeling, the food and drinks on the boat all made for an amazing day and I would definitely recommend it!
The service was superb on and off the boat. The crew on board was upbeat and got the crowd to dance. Then when we were dropped off at our resort, my husband accidentally left his phone on the shuttle van and the driver came back to our hotel to drop it off after he made all his rounds. Everything went smoothly and we saw many whale sharks, despite it being the end of the season. I would absolutely recommend this tour and we will be using them again in the future! - Mrudula128 contributionsIsla Mujeres is a stunning island located in cancun Mexico. The crystal clear turquoise waters and soft sandy beaches and vibrant marine life is so nice to explore. We went there on a ferry. The Island's quaint streets are filled with cafes and shops. Don't miss out renting a golf cart for 1-2 hours. The Island also has hidden gems like Punta sur and breathtaking cliffs. Saw stingrays and baby sharks, as well as all the usual coral fish. Because there was only one shark, it was a bit crowded with other tourists. But we each got two swims. - Connie ATexas Gulf Coast, TX14 contributionsWe visited Cancun the last week of May 2024. (Not a good idea.) At that time, it was exceedingly hot and humid; almost 100% humidity. Our uber driver had no idea where this EnvaTours building but he was so helpful in that he called EnvaTours and they directed him where to bring us. Before we got there, police prevented us from reaching our destination by blocking off the road. Despite the head & humidity, we walked about 4 blocks searching for EnvaTours. We finally found it in a non-descript building. Inside there was little air conditioning and nowhere to sit down to rest after our hot walk. The young woman who received us was civil but not pleasant and gave us our wristbands for the excursion. For the readers’ knowledge, the "glass-bottom" boat is actually made of plexiglass but had been maintained relatively free of scratches.
Inside the boat we viewed colorful fish, seagrass, turtles and beautiful blue Caribbean water. We celebrated my son's 20th Birthday and the energy was so fun! We enjoyed our free time on Isla Murejes, riding a cart around the island, party music, fantastic dusk swim and making our son's Birthday so memorable!! - Paul C6 contributionsThis was our first Excursion, and boy was it a fun one. We had a great time doing the snorkeling tour. There was only 8 of us so it was a small group which I really liked. We visited 4 sites with the last one being the underwater museum which was fantastic. We saw a lot of beautiful fish snorkeling, but the best part was the underwater museum - human status. Kevin was our main guide and Captain Ernesto steered the ship, they were both great! Very attentive and accommodating. The margaritas and ceviche (which Ernesto made!) were delicious. Pepe our driver was very friendly and informative. Everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend especially if you're look!
