We had an amazing time eating delicious tacos and drinking Mexican beer. A great experience. If you’re thinking about, don’t hesitate and book it!

If you go on this adventure make sure you ask for George of the Jungle. He is the best guide in the whole park. We had a blast! Thanks again for the amazing time!

We LOVED Chichén Itzá and swimming in the cenotes…we could have done without the stop at the Mayan reserve. The buffet food was ok…but it was pretty bland. We suggest making sure to hit up the salsa bar and piling your plate with every salsa available. The best was the traditional Mayan food and the pastor tacos. The churros were good too.
Julio, our tour guide, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. As advertised, there were no hidden fees. Beware, however, that as with everything in Mexico, every stop has a hustle. They will try to sell you anything and everything under the Sun.

    An amazing private tour experience
For my tour we had Emmanuel as our driver/tour guide he was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything relaxing and simple from pick up to drop off. A must do excursion. worth every penny !!
When walking past the group tours of 25 plus people I felt even better after seeing the confusion and craziness. This was the perfect private tour

A really nice tour and we had a great guide. We loved the secret river. However the buffet lunch is not very good. As well, you cannot bring a camera with you which is why they send a photographer in with you. The price is $99 for the photos which is a complete rip off. A single photo is $25 which is also highway robbery.

Overall a really great tour option. My Wife and I enjoyed each of the stops immensely. Ik Kil, Chichen Itza, Suytun, and a very short stop at Valladolid were all worth the extremely long day. We started by being picked up at 0700 by a smaller van and stopped at two other hotels on the way down to Playa Del Carmen. Once there we hopped on the bus around 0815 (ish) and were on the way with the full group by 0830. The bus already had many of the other guests onboard so seating was already limited. I'm what most would consider "very" tall and my wife is a normal height. This is my only major complaint and PSA for any other tall folks out there. You don't fit on this tour's busses. Sitting up straight with my rear end tucked all the way in the back of my seat my thigh and knees needed about 3-4 more Inches to even get my legs behind the seat in front of me. So there I sat being told that the front seats were reserved for the guides and I had to sit with negative leg room literally forced to stick my legs out in the aisle to even go on the tour. Fortunately we were able to swap for the back 3 seats and endure being next to the bathroom (bleh) but at least in the rear seat I didn't have one in front of me only the aisle and bathroom door. You will spend approximately 7 hours on this bus. You get 1-2 hours at each stop which goes pretty fast but it is sufficient as long as you are paying attention. Yes, it is very annoying when other guests don't and the entire tour is waiting on the stragglers. The "breakfast" is a joke eat before you go and/or bring snacks/meals with you. The buffet lunch was fairly late in the day like 1400 and was decent (the chicken fajitas were the best) the cervezas are 3-4 USD there if you want anymore than the one you get on the bus and the mini shot of tequila later. We also grabbed a drink from the cenote shop on the way back to the bus to make the time go a bit faster on the way back to Playa. I have no idea why folks bring small children to a tour like this but yea we all know the jokes about small children on planes...well on the bus is no better. We couldn't wait to get back to the peace and quiet of our adults only resort ;)

We had such a great adventure today. There were 4 different zip line experiences including one into a cenote. We also went repelling into a cenote and went swimming far into one where it was pitch black except for the guide’s light. Enrique and all of the staff were great-encouraging, funny and informative. Lunch was so good. It was these homemade corn tortillas with a wonderful chicken and also these fried plant fritters too. I highly recommend this trip. We topped it off with a ruins tour.

Our experience with Hiram and this private photoshoot was PERFECT!!! These were our honeymoon pictures, and we could not possibly have hoped for better. Hiram is amazing, professional yet personable, with tons of great photo ideas and a natural way of making you comfortable posing with your significant other. We will be printing all of these photos, blowing some of them up to canvas size to be the centerpieces of our home, and I cannot freaking believe it cost us so little. Thank you again Hiram!!!

I celebrated my 30th birthday here with some friends and they took great care of us. Everything was well organized and explained clearly also. Very dusty on the ATV trail so have eye and face protection.

Tania was the best. Super knowledgeable on the area as a Mayan descendent, funny, attentive, and willing to answer any questions you may have. There's shuttle picks you up and takes you to the spot. There's a guided portion and then there's a portion where you can explore the area at your pace until the scheduled time to leave. I'd definitely recommend this tour.

I booked a separate tour through TripAdvisor for a different activity and I was so pleased with the covid precautions they took on that tour. I was expecting the same for this one. If you are cautious please don’t book this tour, you will be highly exposed to the virus. Specially if you’re flying back to the US where you will need a negative test to return. Luckily I took my test before going on this tour otherwise I would’ve been extremely stressed. There was about 40 people in the catamaran with is leaving us with space to sit crisscrossed like kindergartners. To top it off the shuttle that picked us up at the end of our tour made us wait almost an hour to leave because we were waiting for a couple that decided to stay longer in Islas mujeres. Everyone in our shuttle was so annoyed and when I approached my driver about how much longer we would have to wait he said as long as the couple took to return. So if they would have taken 2 hours that’s how long we would’ve waited. So disappointing! Other than that the staff and tour guide were great! The photographer did an excellent job and we paid $40 for all the photos he took of us. Very nice gentleman!

Tour was great, but VERY long day. I was not prepared for the additional stop at Playa Del Carmen. Highlights were the stop to Cenotes and Sculpture for our group. We did not get back to the resort until 9 PM (departed the hotel at 7:10 AM). I would recommend tour to others.

This was an unforgettable trip that I will cherish forever! Our tour guide, Tony, was extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to. He had an answer to almost each and every question we could possibly ask- and if he didn't, he would do a bit of research and get the answer right back to us. Tony was fluent in both English and Spanish, effortlessly switching languages back and forth throughout each conversation. Our group was a mix of Spanish and English speakers so this worked out super well, additionally helping me improve my Spanish and the Spanish speakers with their English. My favorite site was Becán; not only was it beautiful and unique, but it was virtually empty in terms of other tourists. Some of the other places we visited were Edzná, Chichen Itza, Palenque, Tulum, and a few others than I can't quite remember the names of. Our driver, Moy, was super nice and fun to talk to, not to mention driving us all around every day. By the end of the trip we had been through 5 different states, visiting multiple Maya archaeological sites and several amazing cities. I learned so much and had a blast being able to see so many historic sites in person that most people only ever see on their phones. I'm extremely glad I decided to come on this tour and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone interested!
