It was an amazing experience, I am from Switzerland living in Mexico (Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo) since 8 years and have been to CDMX already many many times, but this time is when I learned the most I guess (Did the tour in English because of my aunt who feels more confident in English than Spanish yet) Her English was excellent, she explained everything very well and also connecting history and places, it was very easy to follow her. - User A8 contributionsI came across this tour activity on a short notice, and immediately booked it. Who wouldn’t want to see Teotihuacán from the air. Everything went smoothly. The driver picked me up at the hotel on time, and we made to the balloon port in a timely manner. They provided coffee and snacks while they prepare the balloon which is nice because it very early in the morning. Once up in the air the pilot was very professional and guided the balloon with ease, and was able to capture amazing photos. The views were incredible, my favorite part was the waterfalls and the caves. If you can request Kevin do it! He’s the best tour guide I’ve ever had in CDMX.
