- GreenBayJackPuerto Vallarta, Mexico316 contributionsPremier art studio with three locations in Puerto Vallarta. - Lexilu1New York City, NY13 contributionsThe best, most interesting, unique jewelry store in Mexico! I have accumulated quite a collection myself. You will find that special piece of jewelry here from necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets and more by Cassandra and her silver artists. She also does design custom pieces. Cassandra is also a painter, lots of her art is hung around her shop and upstairs. She can also paint your pet if you provide a picture and she will send it to you. I return here yearly, but I do wish she sold her jewelry online. This former Canadian has an interesting story as to how she came to live in Mexico, and her two chichi doggie companions are just adorable. Her staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. So ladies, send your partner down the street for a coffee, some food, or to the bar and take your time looking and shopping for that wonderful, one of a kind piece of jewelry that will 'sing out" to you to wear!Written 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Raja HNew York City, NY221 contributionsWe were wandering galleries on the weekend and walked in.
The friendly guy gave us a free tasting. Be sure to try everything he suggests.
The chocolate isn't world-class but it's good enough to give a as a gift to folks back home. Tell them the beans are from Chiapas. A favorite from the group was the bar that had orange peel. I bought a jar of the mole as well.Written 7 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I am partial to Bustamante's art, therefore, I enjoy just visiting to see the sculptures and jewelry in display, but more often than not, we end up acquiring another piece for our collection.

- Steve BSan Francisco, CA3 contributionsThe jewelry is what first caught our attention - unique, one-of-a-kind settings and beautiful, high quality stones. We met some of the family at the marina market and then visited their store on Corona in town where we met Ceasar, who was attentive and very patient. My wife fell in love with two pieces and couldn’t decide, so of course we bought both. We were very happy with the quality and service and felt the value was excellent. Ceasar’s brother, Sebastian, even agreed to size the rings overnight and had them ready for us exactly when promised and in time for us to make our flight home. Highly recommend them!!Written 9 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Pookie53593Madison, WI766 contributionsSmall but nice farmer's market on Saturday. You can buy farm fresh eggs, have a back massage, buy aprons, pillowcases etc. If you just craving a peanut butter or chocolate chip cookie - this is the place. Well worth a stop.Written 29 January 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- gilpinsonyaLondon, Canada6 contributionsWhenever we travel we’re always on the hunt for local folk art. Lucy’s is THE spot in Puerto Vallarta. For decades, she and her husband have traveled the country sourcing handmade arts and crafts. Their collection is beautiful (specializing in hand carved, hand painted Huichol items) and so reasonably priced. We ended up coming home with five different items.
If you’re visiting in the next couple of months, take a stroll off the Malecon to their shop. They’re officially retiring and closing in a couple months.
Pro tip: Be sure to grab one of Gil’s books while you’re there - he has a notorious sense of humour. They sold five in the time we were there.Written 1 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Will you be open on Sunday, Dec. 17th? That's when our ship will be in port. Hoping and praying you will be open!Written 6 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- robertzV0CG4 contributionsThis is THE place to go for gifts in Puerto Vallarta! The prices were the best we had seen and so was the selection. No junk here. Moises, the owner, was a terrific guy and made sure the treasures we bought were wrapped up safely. An absolute must visit.Written 30 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Nick Vannello2 contributionsI always stop in to see Hilda at her shop. This isn't a museum, per se, but it does feature some of the most spectacular Alebrijes artwork. From affordable hummingbirds to top artisan pieces, Hilda's place should be your first stop for alebrijes, Oaxacan yarn art, and even a small but impressive bead art collection.Written 26 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Just Visiting15 contributionsLove this shop. It’s huge. If you like cups, trinkets, decor, brace yourself. You can go broke. - HairByCharles318 contributionsI walked in and was not expecting to buy anything. I was going to browse because of air conditioning. I was looking at the Tanzanite and spotted this amazing ring. 2ct total weight. The sales associate and manager are super kind. We bargained for a bit. I left to think about it and when I returned they remembered me by name. I bought it and they sized it for me also. While we were waiting they cleaned our WHite gold band with diamonds and now it sparkles. Not pushy at all...Written 13 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Aaron MVictoria, Canada10 contributionsI’ve had my eyes on these beaded animals for years and this shop has the greatest collection I’ve ever seen. The Sales associate Gino was this store’s greatest asset he was so passionate and knowledgeable about the artists, history and symbolism. Highly recommended if you are in the market for this style of art. Thank you Gino.Written 1 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Carny TColorado4 contributionsThis is a true cigar store in Zona Romantica. It's small and has a great selection of Cuban cigars. There are many stores that have cigars that are counterfeit and not in a humador. This is the real deal and the guy helping us was amazing and knowlegable. If you are a cigar person and in the area this is the place to goWritten 27 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
