Our favorite area ended up being the window to sharks and turtles behind the waterfall. The whole family also loved the water park that came with our stay. There was a great selection of water slides that my not-so-adventurous child was VERY happy with and we finally got to try some more exciting slides as a family! Plus, only one ride had a line longer than a minute (it's supposed to be the busy season). Our tour guide rushed us through and was not very good, probably a different lady than the one mentioned in other reviews. Not much to do beyond this 2 -3 block stretch of restaurants and a few souvenir stalls. But there are places to park, a public restroom building centrally located across the street (none in restaurants), and driveable to downtown and beaches.
The restaurant we went to gave large portions! The flamingo show was fun and cool to get up close with the flamingos.
