This is an excellent tour. If you are coming to STJ for a day, a week, or longer, this tour should go on your list of things to do. We got to see Maho, The Annaberg Ruins, Cinnamon, and Trunk. Even tho we got to a lot of places, I didn't feel rushed. You can even ask the driver to spend a little longer in certain spots. What I suggest is do this tour first, then when you find a beach or area of the island you like, you can go back with a cab later during your trip. The driver will also use a mic and point out different places around the island. Starfish has a cooler for you to put in sodas, waters, beers too.
I am sure they have plenty of different drivers. The driver assigned to our family was Dean. Also can't say enough good things about Dean. I told him a little bit about what we wanted to see and he took it over from there. He even stopped off at a few places I didn't know about and we got to see some amazing views. Dean was friendly, helpful, informative, and took good care of us! We rented a VRBO in Cruz Bay and instead of taking us back to the bottom of the hill, he took us to our VRBO entrance which was very nice of him. He did a great job! If you book this trip, be sure to bring cash to tip your driver too. Dean was super!!
Also need to shout out customer service. I dealt with Kharid (I think that was her name) on the phone and email a good bit when planning. At first she asked us to re-arrange a date because one of their trucks was down. We worked it out with no problem. Then we had to re-adjust again because of weather and I had to change days. Again, we worked it out no problem. Starfish customer service from the time I booked the trip until the time it was over was on point and so helpful. Can't thank them enough for their really great communication.
In summary- whether you have been to STJ or not, I highly recommend you book the 4 hr tour.
