Ben took incredible care of us all week - getting us set up with all the gear we needed! We kayaked up to the river, and it was a ton of fun!

Hands down the best day we spent in St. Lucia! We wanted to explore places off the beaten path, and avoid tourist traps. Louey took us cliff jumping and waterfall chasing- each time we had the whole place to ourselves! It was amazing! Highly recommend!!!

We did the undersea trek with Antony and a man whose nickname is “starfish.” The tour was awesome. I was nervous and did tell both guides, they checked on me multiple times during the tour. I saw so many fish, and many different kinds. It was our favorite excursion in St. Lucia. The only this is, I wish they had an email address! One of the guides took pictures and I was hoping have a few sent to me! I wanted to focus on breathing and walking and didn’t take any pictures!

This car rental company needs some help. We were super excited to rent a car in St. Lucia for our first visit to the island. It seemed like this business was very much a family business, and since we are both entrepreneurs, we felt obliged to use this company.

We were first given a car that had a ton of scratches, difficulty closing the trunk, and over 200,000 kilometers on it. After attempting to drive up the steep roads we decided to turn around and return the car because the transmission was going to blow at any second. The owner gave us a second, only a little bit newer car. This one was much better and we felt much safer....until we started hearing knocking coming from the tires. It became worse and worse as we drove.

We asked our hotel to call the owner to retrieve the car and HE NEVER ANSWERED HIS PHONE. When he met with us the next day, he was sitting and leaning on the outside porch like it was not a big deal that the car that he rented us was a POS. He wouldn't even stand up to discuss our problem. (TOTALLY unprofessional). The ONLY redeeming quality is that the owner came back to our hotel the next day claiming someone took off our lug nuts when we parked in town.

What really is astonishing though...is that when we told our taxi drivers about the ordeal, they were not surprised. They had heard a ton of complaints about this company. Save yourself the trouble and rent from a different company. Our old car was the same price as many new cars that we saw others at our hotel receiving. *Make sure your hotel does NOT choose this rental company as ours did. I would say that this totally ruined our trip. There is so much beauty in St. Lucia, if you can only get to it...

    7&th Heaven.
This was our second trip to St Lucia, and we had to go back to 7th Heaven. Paul, Shirin and Curvy were great. Paul offers a lunch at his kitchen located up from the beach on his family's historic property. Close to Choiseul. Paul says his people have lived on the land for hundreds if not a thousand years. They also operate an Air B&B on the property.
Paul is an incredible chef. He collects much of his food from his own land. He also did a special request for us, perfectly fresh Red Snapper. We also had conch. As good as I have ever had.
Pual prepares the lunch and shows you his techniques. He has the traditional Clay Pot cooking vessel. They are made by a relative on his property. He cracks coconuts and grates the pulp using his machete. He extracts the juice from the pulp and it goes into his coconut rice. Top notch.
After preparing the meal it is served in a thatched roof hut. Of course, made by Paul. Paul and Curvy joined us for lunch then they acted as out guide around the area. We drove down to the beach and thru the countryside to Choiseul. Choiseul is a harbor for fishermen and has a large cultural arts center. Unfortunately, it was getting a major face lift and was closed.
Paul and Curvy knew where to go. They took us to the home of one of the artists. She was weaving baskets. She harvests the long green plants, then dries them and strips them into weaving material. She showed us the process. It was amazing that she could walk into her yard and end up with baskets, matts and all types of design pieces.
One of the very cool things about our trip into town was Paul knew everyone. It was like being at a big family reunion. We felt very safe and carefree. Getting out in the countryside and meeting the real St. Lucians is something all tourists should aim to experience.

This young entrepreneur is on point and his tours are lit! Your mileage may vary but he and his team treated my family like his family. They are courteous and professional and most importantly on time! What is supposed to happen when he said it would happen. Wrangling a family of 11 is like herding kittens. Romeo handles it all. Private catamaran done, private beaches done, private speedboat done, private chef done. You coming down, book him and you will have the time of your life!

We had an amazing time with Gregory (Junior) & Junior, who were incredibly charming & friendly. Our day at sea was a truly wonderful experience. All of my friends & I recommend them for all visitors who are seeking an enjoyable day. Towards the end of our journey, we even caught a barracuda!

Whether spontaneous or planned #kayaking with #nautilandtours #EliteNauticalAndLandTours is an absolute steal. Calm waters lead to spectacular private beaches, where you can soak off the heat of the day surrounded by a world brimming with some of Nature’s finest fauna.

From initial contact, to booking and the actual tour, there was sufficient information and patience to help coordinate a memorable day by the tour organizers. We toured the 1A section (as called by the locals) of the Savannes Bay area and visited the iconic “Scorpion Island”. Fear not, there was not one scorpion in sight. But we did see baby shrimp, turtles, lobster and fish who nest in the protected mangrove.

I recommend doubling your hours because you may never want to leave. Bring along your water shoes and most definitely bring a camera and your snorkel mask. Your tour guides are open to both the expert and novice explorer and you will never feel alone. They both had wonderful humor and I think they were two of our best tour operators yet.

Although located in the south of the island, we had the option of kayaking on the West Coast in the scenic district of Soufriere. I am sure that as long as you book in advance, questions will be handled promptly and thoroughly, to guarantee your interests are kept in mind. The itinerary was carefully thought through affordable and well balanced. Ask about small group discounts too.

There are not many places you can be truly free, but St.Lucia was made for both the dreamer and the doer. If you want clean, safe equipment in a sublime atmosphere, then this is definitely something to check off your to-do list. We had a remarkable first experience! #ILiveWhereYouVacation
