Katarina quickly responded to all our questions through the chat on their website. Transfer to the dive center was very easy and comfortable, driver was punctual. - Jackie McIlvainDover, DE8 contributionsMy initial reservation was for the roundtrip airport transfer to Royalton Chic. Once we landed, Jay greeted us with a big smile! I traveled with 2 other females and this was our first visit to the Dominican Republic. Jay was friendly (and funny!) and provided a level of comfort, which prompted us to book the semi-private Saona Island excursion with PCB. We just knew that we would be safe, but we also knew it would be a great time. And, shew, such a great time it was!!! Pickup for the excursion was prompt and the bus was nice. ALL of the staff was super friendly and it was such a nice trip. On the boat we were provided with fresh fruit and other snacks, as well as pina coladas and a variety of adult beverages. There was a brief stop for snorkeling once we were closer to the island. Once we arrived to Saona, we were provided with a yummy lunch. Saona Island is literally the picturesque image that comes to mind when thinking of a beautiful tropical beach. After leaving, we stopped at a sandbar to view starfish and hang out for a bit. The day was long, but truly unforgettable. 5 out of 5, I will 100% be using this company for airport transfer, as well as more excursions in the future.
