The sunset cruise was terrific and I would highly recommend. However, the dinner portion of the excursion was not up to our standard. I would suggest that if people wanted dinner after at Pelican Nest to just order off the menu and not do the set price menu. The description online said there was a soup, salad, choice of chicken, fish or meat and a dessert. But when you sit down you are given a no choice menu. There was no soup. I didn't like anything on it. My husband has food allergies so they did try to accommodate a bit. We were given a meat dish. Our first dish was put down in front of us and then whisked away - not sure why but it looked good. The second dish came. I ordered it medium. It was well done. I sent it back. My third dish came basically raw. I didn't like the dessert. There was no alternative given that I liked. No credit offered. No nothing. All in all the dinner was a big disappointment. But the sunset cruise was great.
