The architecture is very authentic and unique, the campus is beautiful, the student union area is vibrant, and there are lots of very interesting sites and trails around campus to visit
Easily the best site in Tallahassee, FSU is 476 acres of beauty.

We were extremely impressed with Mike's knowledge of local history and interesting stories about this historical site.
Excellent park guide, great place to get a historic view of Apalachicola

Very easy walking around the complex, in the museum and auditorium with excellent introduction to both the Spanish Mission and the Native American cultures on this very site.
The price for admission is very modest and you also get to view historical artifacts unearthed at the mission site.
Fort Pickens Area Pensacola Beach

A wonderful treat awaits you at the end of a lovely bike ride into Fort Pickens -- a bit of history (along the way too!) and a beautiful view.
There are walking trails and bike trails, and a fishing pier, and diving and snorkeling sites and great surf spots, and fishing on both the gulf and the sound.

... a museum in the guards house with tons of history and great pictures but the real deal is climbing the light house it is a good workout but once you get up top OMG! Best view of the bay and the Pensacola Beach.
You get the best of everything: Beach, airplanes, skydiving, history, antiques, great views, safety, and a wonderful way to spend at least 4 hours getting educated in a fun way.
