    The big buddha itself is closed to the public because of a landslide, we went to the top with our guide we could still take some great photos of the big buddha and the views are amazing, lots of monkeys around the entrance.

Before entering the crocodile stage, you need to pass by the bridge and you can see the big fish and they allowed you to feed the fish. Its really awesome and recommended to go.

    - Reception: poor English, kind, not knowledgeable about the garden
    - Garden: small, clean, looks like half forgotten, not very diverse fauna, poor markings, too centered on the instagram crowd, poor maintenance, annoying spa music playing in a loop
    - The hotels’ gardens are probably nicer

    We decided to stop here on our way to the airport because we wanted to make sure we didn’t waste away our last day. It was fabulous! They were so welcoming and lovely! The rum and gin are amazing. We definitely could not leave without buying some and finding out where to purchase at home. Definitely a must do!

    Very friendly ambiance and environment, the team is great and helpful to book according to your availability.
    The location is very central between Chalong and Kata and the courts are open on the trees...

    I went to Chalong Bay... I visited the small market by the sea... A lot of fish and seafood... I have a small beach ticket nearby for a while... As long as you don’t expect the bustling Patong, the wideness of Katakalun, this is a great choice, because it is very quiet here, I haven't seen more than 10 people on the beach.

    The Big Buddha Temple near Chalong Bay must go to see the beauty of the religion, worship the Buddha image, presiding over the pastoral Blessings of the prosperity.

    Chalong basin, a photo from the Big Buddha, leave your heart in Phuket to miss the most beautiful nature.

    Chalong bay beach is a recommended beach. Very clean. The sea is the same as the swimming pool. But a bit far away, you need to take a speedboat. There are still more people. But the protection is very good. It's also very good to play on. good. Finally don't forget to visit chalong bay disttrilery which serve  finest rum and wine in to thailand.

    You will be accompanied by a guide. Do not hesitate to ask. The guides are very interactive, if you are interested. The place includes:
    - museum with stuffed animals and alive snakes;
    - holding a piton (amazing and was the best point here);
    - the show;
    - snake pharmacy with consultation;
    - shop of snake-made things, honey, teas, etc.

    We went with 2 kids ( 7 and 4 years ). Kids could only go to the smallest tiger, they were sleeping all the time. I cannot tell if they were sedated. Husband and I went to biggest and medium tiger. My God, even that medium is huge. Keeper is there all the time and has a stick which serves him to get attention from tiger for photo. They are clearly sedated. Tigers are calm, but they are not sleeping.

    Monday 17th February and we were booked on a boat trip to Coral Island and our departure point was from the beach along side Chalong Pier.

    At the entrance to the pier is a salmon coloured lighthouse, not sure if decorative or has some functional use. If nothing else it add character to the place.

    The pier itself is 720 metres long, stretching out into the Sea. Along both sides of the pier are lined with ornate street lights and red brick flower troughs containing colourful bushes.

    Nice place to stroll along.
