We had grandparents with us as well as four young kids under age 10 and Vincent planned a fun day for all. We started at the Kavalan Distillery, then went to a delicious lunch at Red Lantern (famous for their Cherry Duck), then did Zhang Mei A-Ma’s Farm where we got to feed and take photos with sloths, alpacas, capybaras, kangaroos, and tortoises! We ended our tour with a visit to make green onion bread with the famous Yilan three-star green onion, and while waiting for our handiwork to bake, got to play with fireworks at Vincent’s recommendation for the kids. Vincent was communicative both before, during, and after the tour and a bonus is that he is an excellent photographer and captured so many great moments throughout the day. She was instrumental in creating an awesome experience on tour and went out of her way several times to ensure that we had everything that we needed. She even helped us with babysitting our 2-year-old as he ran around the different tour destinations.
The driver that was assigned to us was also very accommodating with changes in our itinerary. This made the whole travel experience seamless and extremely enjoyable.
Even though we experienced a typhoon day during our travels, Sunny was able to re-plan our route to ensure that we were able to enjoy the sights of Taiwan, going so far as to re-plan the accommodation and train tickets that we had pre-booked, all within 1 day's notice.

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - JLin5 contributionsWe are a family of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults, 2 kids) that booked a private, custom tour around western Taiwan (Taichung, Alishan, Sun Moon, etc). I did a ton of research beforehand, and even with the thousands of positive reviews, was still a "bit" skeptical that we would have the perfect trip I envisioned.
But I was WRONG. And they totally exceeded my expectations. Jessie was our tour guide, and Mr. Lai was our driver -- both were consummate professionals, incredibly friendly, and maybe most importantly, unbelievably flexible. Everything we asked, it felt like they went "an extra mile" to make our experience memorable and fun. For example- on a few days, even though the "official" agenda only had a few experiences booked, Jessie took the initiative to fill in the gaps with things we didn't even know we could do that were super-fun (and educational even!). Nothing felt rushed, everything just felt like it went like clockwork.
I don't write many reviews. But this one I'm more than happy to do so. East and west coasts. Excellent organization , lovely sights, and welcome conversation. We saw temples, cities and the rich variety of Taiwan’s coastlines.
