Outstanding tour! 100% worth the money. Our tour guide, Vincent was pleasant and knowledgeable. His choice for a lunch stop was exactly what we were looking for!

Had so much fun in class and learned so much about Taiwanese cuisine!
I don't really cook but the class didn't feel intimidating, it's definitely beginner friendly! 😊 Took this class with Chelsea and she was a really great teacher and was very patient in explaining every single detail, especially when it came to making our own xiaolongbao. It was such a great experience, definitely one of the highlights of my short stay in Taiwan. Thank you, CookInn! ✨

We had a wonderful experience with Junior. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and communicated excellently. We did the north east coastal tour and loved it. Would definitely recommend!

I did 2 classes. The Taiwanese Gourmet Cooking Class (incl. Traditional Market Visit) and also the Taiwanese Street Food Cooking Class. Both were great, but I was surprised that I liked the Taiwanese Street Food Cooking Class more. In any case, if you are in Taipei, you should check this place out.

We've dealt with Eddie form Yolo tours on many occasions while preparing our tour in Taipei. Eddie was always available and was getting back to us within a short period of time. We had booked a 2 days tour with another couple joining the Celebrity cruise to Asia on October 2020. Unfortunately with the Covid-19, we had to cancel our cruise therefore cancelling the Taiwan tour and as soon as we advised Eddie, the refund we had paid for the tour was back to our bank account within 1 hour. We had some issues with "Paypal" and Eddie was always ready to support us during the process of the refund. Yolo tour is a very reliable company and we will never hesitate to do business with them if we ever visit Taiwan and we strongly recommend this tour operator for your private excursion in Taipei..
Thanks to Eddie and Yolo tours for their professionalism

I took the baking class and we baked the infamous pineapple cookies and mung bean cakes from scratch and it was such a fun time! I highly recommend it.

I took the afternoon Xiao long bao tea time class at CookInn with friends and had an absolutely lovely couple of hours learning to prepare everything from scratch from the wrappers to the filling, and delicious sides of cucumber salad, and bubble tea! We had so much fun and laughed a lot and the food at the end was delicious. I was also impressed with how nice the xiao long bao turned out for us never having folded them before. It was nice that Chelsea and the team printed a photo of each of us and gave us booklets with the recipes so we didn't have to take notes while cooking. Also, we requested a vegetarian menu and class in English and it was easily accommodated. Check it out!

It's so fortunate to have Mr Hicks Wang as our guide. He was patient and encouraging when we climbed the steep rocky steps up the mountain, especially this was my son's first experience. He took nice photos for us too. When he knew of our plan to visit Yilan on the following day, he even sent us information on nice places to visit and how to get there. Moreover, he did this after our tour with him.

At a recent business trip to Taipei, I have decided to spice things up a little bit by participating in a classic urban food tour. What a grat decision it has been! CC's is an excellent operator with authentic local knowledge not only about the culinary treasures of Taipei but a wide range of social, political, economic, etc. aspects of contemporary Taiwan. I loved that we have visited stalls that I (or anyone without proper local guidance) would have otherwise never found and all the behind-the-scenes knowledge that CC has shared with us. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning more not only about Taipei cuisine in particular but Taiwan in general. Five stars on my count!

I visited Taipei for two weeks and prior to visiting, I signed up for two classes here. One was run in the morning with a market tour and the other in the afternoon. The market tour was fun. If you have not been to an Asian traditional market, I think it would be a good experience. Here you see the full animals (if you don't like to see animal heads and organs than this may not be your thing -- talk to the instructors beforehand, I am sure they will accommodate you).

The whole area is very spacious. There is a place for the students to relax before the class starts. This is also the place to enjoy your labor after you cook. Here you can also socialize with other students or if you have kids with you, they can kill their time here while you are learning to cook.

The class was designed immaculately! They really worked out all the kinks and thought of everything before the class was run. Here you find a systematic way of learning and you don't feel like you are just ordered to do various things. The process is very streamlined and smooth. Every step just naturally transitions into the next step. Here you learn cooking is actually a very relaxing process -- as long as you know the steps -- and what they show you exactly are the steps and the little clues to watch when you cook in order to make sure the flavor builds and the food tastes good.

The staff was wonderful -- every single one of them. The instructors were very knowledgeable about the food, the tour guide knew which alley to turn to show you where the hidden food gems are and the assistants are the unsung hero -- while we were cooking, they were there chopping away and washing things away so that the next food ingredient can be delivered to us for cooking.

When the class ends, I was handed an individualized recipe book -- how cool was that! All the pictures taken in the class were also emailed to us after the class.

If you are into Taiwanese food, this truly is a place where you can have fun, learn good cooking skills and develop the food that you crave.
