He’s very warm and personable with a good sense of humor and he speaks English very well. He had great rapport with each of the tribes that we visited making them much more rewarding experiences. We especially loved how he engaged with the children. His Toyota Land Cruiser is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with Aron. He is an excellent guide and a decent individual. By taking the time necessary to establish a connection with the tribespeople on a deeper level than when you only come for pictures, he helped us feel at home.

They helped me buying the air tickets with reasonably price. Private tour to visit 5 tribes surrounded Jinka & Turmi, then transported me to Arba Minch and also did the Chamo Lake boat tour.
The driver name Dereje (+251 91685 3475) was very kind, careful drive and attentive, all in all i'm very pleased with him. He not only showed us the must-see highlights but also shared incredibly useful tips. He took great care of us!
What really set this experience apart was the personal touch. Instead of the typical tourist path, he gave us a unique window into the lives of the local tribes, making the experience feel deeply authentic and meaningful. During the day we also laught and dance with the locals - a pure celebration of joy and culture.
A real highlight was visiting his family home, where we savored some of the best traditional Ethiopian dishes we’ve ever had. We felt like one big family there.
If you’re heading to the Omo Valley, don’t miss the chance to explore it with him. The Omo Valley tribes and landscapes are amazing, each one with its own characteristics, of course. Even in 5 or 6 days, there remains a lot to discover, but maybe we'll come back someday. Jebena Tours is well organized and Dagim, our guide, and Medhani, our driver, were great, very professional but also very kind and friendly. Thanks to him, it was possible to get in contact with a lot of people from tribes and to live incredible experiences. All days were planned to see as many things as possible, changing the program from time to time to satisfy our requests. I strongly suggest choosing Emanuel for a trip to Omo valley...but not only!

We explored the Dorze Tribe with a guide named Mo'ded who was very kind and informative. We also went on a three-day trip in a van with Wegders Yonas (Phone: +251 91 683 1329). Wegders was very friendly and organized all accommodations for us for a reasonable price. Anwar's knowledge, friendliness, and respect for people made Ethiopia even more beautiful, and Dannie's cooking skills for our meals every morning and evening were exceptionally amazing. We also want to express my gratitude to the driver who worked hard driving us on the bumpy roads.
If we ever go to Ethiopia again, we would like to be with Anwar at that time as well.
